Dr. Driessen exceeded beyond my expectations of what I was looking for. You will not feel like “just another patient” while under her care. If you are looking for someone sweet, attentive, empathetic and compassionate for her work this is the Dr you want. Guaranteed you will not be disappointed with your choice, not to mention her work is done perfectly. I was very hesitant but am so happy with my results and with choosing Dr. Driessen.

Dr. Driessen and her staff/team are extremely professional and caring...If you have issues with your bladder, leaking or the urge to run to the bathroom especially at night, i recommend trying the Emsella chair if the bladder meds are not working for you.....

I consulted with 5 different surgeons in the valley before I saw Dr. Driessen. First, I was conflicted with what I wanted to do and second, I was conflicted with the surgeons I had interacted with. As soon as Dr. Driessen sat in front of me and looked me in the eye, I knew she was the surgeon for me. Still uncertain with what I wanted for an outcome she listened and did as I asked, never overselling always giving me her expert advice and guidance. 34AA at the age of 57. I had no idea what I wanted and if I'd be happy with an enhancement at all. Well, I was and had two more surgeries. She was Intune with me every step of the way being patience and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Her bedside manner is outstanding. She knew when I was internally conflicted without me saying a word. Highly recommend her and have referred many people. I will definitely be back in the future. Her staff is also outstanding.

If I could give Dr. Driessen and Everyone at Dermatology and Plastic Surgery more than a 5 star review I would. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Driessen she made me feel comfortable and safe. She is very kind, caring, answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. The staff was incredible, super friendly and like Dr. Driessen very caring and helpful. They definitely earned my trust which is why I decided to go with them for my procedure. Michelle the office coordinator definitely deserves the world she knew exactly how to take care of me and all my anxiety. Honestly I can't express enough on how much they made me feel at ease. Having my procedure done by Dr. Driessen and her staff felt like smooth sailing and needless to say my results were amazing ???? overall very pleased.

Dr Natalie Driessen fixed my gauged ears last year in October and did an amazing job. Not only is she great, her staff is amazing as well especially the other lady that handled everything for me. Such a genuine Sweet person. So happy i decided to come here. 10/10

From start to finish, Dr Driessen and her staff proved to be some of the most thorough, kind, and amazing people I’ve ever encountered in the medical profession. Everything was explained to me, and even though I was anxious, everyone was super patient. And omg, the results! You truly do get what you pay for with a plastic surgeon, so don’t be put off by the $150.00 consultation fee. Dr. Driessen performed my surgery yesterday and I'm so satisfied, that the first thing I'm doing this morning is writing a review! I had implants that had no problem, but an exchange was way over due! I am a little much, so I explained to her that I wanted to go as full as possible. She explained a few things to me and let me know what would be right for me, as she said she wanted them to be "perfect" for me. If perfect is a thing, she achieved it! I am so so pleased, from the front desk staff, the back office, to the OR staff 'Angie' and 'Lisa' ,the anesthesiologist and of course the BEST plastic surgeon Dr. Driessen herself. I had the breast augmentation it was my first and they came out absolutely perfect if you want your breast to look symmetrical and beautifully done with the smallest incision hardly a scare and very quick recovery Dr. Driessen is truly the Queen and a real gem in Palm Desert, She’s also a wonderful human being who treated me with kindness respect and compassion I am very thankful for the happiness she brought into my life. Dr. Driessen is one of the sweetest most kind individuals I have ever met. During my consultation she made me feel as if I was talking to a close friend or family member. Her work is impeccable and her staff/team are so professional and caring. She is truly the best and beyond. Everyone there is just amazing!

Dr. Natalie Driessen is the most selfless person I have ever met, I met Dr. Natalie Driessen when diagnosed with my second bout of Breast Cancer; without her I might not be alive today, Dr. Natalie Driessen completed my 2nd Reconstruction; came to hospital to complete a follow up and regulate my medication; called me personally to follow up while she was out of town. My 2nd reconstruction (left side) looks amazing; The work on my body is a masterpiece-Thank you. Dr. Driessen completed repairs to my 1st reconstruction - done by another doctor) I can now look in the mirror at myself again. Feel like a woman again. Dr. Natalie Driessen has a heart of gold; cares about her patients; not just by saying she cares; but in every action she takes. Yesterday, 30Oct2019, I attended a consult with Dr. Driessen regarding my Allergan Style 20 implants I had placed in Oct2009 by Dr. Charles Perry at Chrysalis Cosmetics in Sacramento (did a fabulous job by the way). This was my second consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in the Coachella Valley; the first was in Rancho Mirage (name omitted intentionally). I have zero concerns with my implants; no hardening, pain, malformations, etc. However, due to recent FDA concerns I was interested in explant and/or explant/reimplant. Through a thorough consult, including a physical check of my breasts, I learned a lot from Dr. Driessen. I appreciate her straightforwardness, honesty, integrity, and realistic personality and compassion. At the end of the consult, wait for it.... this may shock you.... the decision was made to leave my implants as is and conduct annual screenings with Dr. Driessen going forward. Did I pay $150 for a consult? Yes. Was it worth it? 100%!!!! Will I go back? Duh, YES! My first consult with the other plastic surgeon was free, which was nice and all... but that consult had me leaving concerned I might die and needing $9k in surgery. To boot: No physical check if my implants via hand manipulations and I paid out of pocket for a mammogram that I could have got covered, unbeknownst to me. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Time is money folks. Dr. Driessen is the real deal. She could have suggested surgery and made some bank off me, but I wasn’t $$$ to her—I was a person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!! I highly recommend Dr Natalie Driessen. Having had bad experiences with medical professionals from childhood into adulthood making the decision to have surgery was a big step for me. From the moment I met Dr Driessen I knew I had made the very best decision. She was kind, caring, compassionate and understanding. She ticked all the boxes of what I'd wanted in a surgeon, and more. Pre-op visits were thorough and informative. I found her to be refreshingly 'conservative' (this is a compliment) in her views of surgery, she was very honest with me about what I needed and also what I didn't need. She respected me as a woman and mother and this truly meant so much. I wasn't just another patient to her, I knew that my health and well-being, thoughts and feelings mattered. I am not a great in-hospital patient as I am petrified of needles but her team treated me with so much dignity and respect that I was blown away by their love and kindness. The procedure was flawless and I couldn't have been treated better. Post-op she called me personally to check up on me a couple of times and was genuinely concerned for my well-being both physically and emotionally. She took time to answer my post-surgery questions and give guidance. All-in-all I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Dr Driessen is one in a million and I highly recommend her. Dr Driessen is the most caring physician I have ever met. I met her last summer on a problem I was having and she made a recommendation on a test I needed to see what the proper direction was to go. Turned out the insurance would not approve the test. She contined to help me to be sure I would get the best possible care. Dr Driessen directed me to a physician who she recommended in my insurance network. I recommend Dr Driessen to family and friends, she's an excellent physician.

Dr. Driessen & her staff were excellent!! This is a great office, very friendly and efficient. I will definitely return for another visit.

I was scheduled for an appointment a month in advance. I was called the week of my appointment and was told I had to reschedule due to a family commitment. I went to the rescheduled appointment where I received my treatment 2 weeks later. I a follow-up appointment to go back in 6 weeks and again was told I had to reschedule due to another family commitment. Getting me back in a week later was a huge inconvenience on may part just so I could accommodate her schedule.
