Dr. Natalie C Kerr

We have been seeing Dr. Kerr and her staff since my daughter was 5 months old. She will be 5 in August, she was so scared an unsure when we 1st stated and so was I. Ever since that 1st visit she has made us so comfortable and I would not use anyone else. Her staff take the time with your child and we don't fee rushed with little that make a big difference. Very disappointed in the result I got from the surgery she performed on me!! If I could leave negative stars; I would!

Great Dr. My son has visited her for 6 yrs.

My daughter had alternating esotropia and Dr. Kerr didn’t waste time with trying glasses or a patch because it probably wouldn’t work. She thought surgery was the best option, she sensed that I was iffy on it and set another appointment to see if anything changed. When it didn’t, I opted for the surgery. When she had the surgery her and all the rest of the staff where amazing with her. Down to making sure her I.V was in her right hand because she sucks her left thumb. When I informed them she is under observation for an ASD they took that into consideration. The staff at the office is amazing with her as well. She hates people touching her face and they work her. Thorough, pleasant, professional and is very sensitive patient's needs. Corrected my double vision caused by Ahmed implant. 3 yrs later had a problem with a stitch that rfused to dissolve. She got me in quickley and corrected the problem after 2 other ophthalmologists could not solve the problem. A+++ on my list.

Really good doctor!

I love Dr Kerr. She does great with my son not only does he have vision problems but he us autistic. I love that they have so many people do the same eye exams then Dr Kerr comes in and evaluates and makes the final evaluation and decisions. She is also great about helping with children that are in special education and have IEP's. Some teachers don't want to do the accommodations or take the time to make the changes she has chosen for the child's IEP. This is so that the child can be more productive in class. I had this problem she did not hesitate she called straight to the school here self. I'm going back in March they are now going me problems again so she will not be happy .. Will not recommend Dr. Kerr's office NOR the staff of Hamilton Eye Center. Very poor experience with the scheduling staff. Will be going elsewhere for appointment.

I have been with Dr. Kerr since I was little and she is so proficient. She really understands you, and helps you whenever you are having a problem with your eyes. I would highly recommend her!

I'm 57 years old and visited two other doctors who refused to treat me knowing that I previously had lazy eye surgery 30 years ago potentially leaving me with scar tissue. Dr. Kerr didn’t hesitate and said she felt confident with more complex surgeries. I’m so thankful that she accepted my case and her confidence eased any concerns. I’m had surgery one month ago and am 100% satisfied with the results! Wow! Dr. Kerr, thank you so much!!!
