Natalie Squires Mesnier

I've had four foot surgeries with Dr. Mesnier. She's the best! Not only an excellent surgeon, but has a wonderful and caring bedside manner. I highly recommend.

Frustrating experience with Dr. Mesnier. While I don't doubt that she is a perfectly qualified and experienced surgeon, it is evident to me that she was not the right surgeon for what I needed. A nurse at the surgery center had even volunteered, "we don't see this operation often". I had complications from my first surgery, and needed a second surgery to evacuate the hematoma that developed, but in the interim, I had felt that Dr. Mesnier and her office didn't help or communicate with me as much as I would've liked. I had spent some time in the ER shortly before my second surgery, and the ER doctor was perplexed as to why Dr. Mesnier's colleague, Dr. Fischer, wasn't willing to look at the pictures that had been taken by them. Dr. Mesnier displays great salesmanship and can certainly make you feel comfortable in the moment, but overall it was quite a frustrating experience. I had called her medical assistant once and very politely tried to express my concern as I was having ongoing abscesses, and she was rude and short with me. I can appreciate that sometimes the best medical professionals don't have the answer either, but they simply failed to communicate my post-op complications with me. I recently had testing done again to confirm that the surgery was in fact not successful.

Dr Mesnier was clear, understanding, kind and caring.

Natalie took a lot of time to explain my situation to me. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Mesnier epitomizes how care should be provided. She is thoughtful, dedicated, an excellent clinician, caring, and wise. I have been a patient of hers for over ten years and I am so grateful for her as a person and a care provider.

This was a phone visit with Dr. Messier. She took the time to explain to me everything going on with my foot as we went over the x-rays. As always, she was competent, kind and clear.

Great Dr. Explained all conditions in detail.

Direct, understandable advice. Decisive.

She explained clearly my issues and gave me a solid course of action and what to expect and a course of action.

Dr Mesnier is professional, really made me feel confident and has an excellent bedside manner. Because of my unique circumstances, she scheduled me for surgery right away and I felt very comfortable with us making this decision together. Her concern for the patient to get healthy and not be dealing with pain is very clear. I cannot overstate her bedside manner; she listened to every concern I had and addressed each one of them. Her office is extremely busy but I never felt rushed out of her exam room; I felt that she spent more than ample time in treating both me and my fracture. Hopefully I won't NEED to visit her practice again but should I have another fracture, I would not hesitate to be her patient in the future. Highly recommend

Dr. Mesnier was wonderful as usual. She has operated on my toes and now I had to see her about the bottom of my foot. She spent time with us going over everything and what she wanted me to do for a plan.

Dr. Mesnier was an all-around comfort with her intelligence, extensive knowledge and kind words of encouragement as we navigate a lower tibia injury/healing regimen. I am grateful for Dr. Mesnier's insight and inquiries into how my injury might have occurred since my injury's was not a result of a traumatic event. I have all the confidence in the world in Dr. Mesnier's abilities, advice and guidance.

Dr. Mesnier is a careful, caring, and very skilled surgeon. I highly recommend her.

I never give by the highest stars. But when I met Dr. Mesnier I feel a hundred percent comfortable I knew I was going to feel that way. Dr. Mesnier personality goes well with mine it was easier for me to express how I felt with my discomfort with my bunion and stuff. I am looking forward to having the surgery.

Dr. Mesnier is very professional, thorough, informative and personable. I left my appointment feeling educated, cared for and understood. I highly recommend this caregiving professional.

I have not had surgery with her yet, but I did have a consultation and liked her very much. She was patient, and answered all our questions. I believe she is very knowledgable and she is personable.

Went to see Dr. Mesnier on the recommendation of two friends who had received treatment from her. I have had a chronic and painful problem that turned out to be easily remedied. She conducted a thorough exam and teased out the source of the problem. While on the spectrum of potential foot ailments mine was uncomplicated, I am confident, based on my experience with her, that she was ready to address any problem regardless of its complexity. The office is the best run of any medical facility I visit. From calling me when they got the referral to Schedule an appointment to reminders for the actual visit. Every procedure was on time. All staff is friendly and make the patient feels there is a real interest in them. Dr Mesnier spent 30 minutes with me finding out about my lifestyle and how my shattered ankle performs in various situations. She went into detail about possible situations in the next decade. So grateful to find a Doc who cared about what was becoming a chronic foot problem, had suggestions for new strategies, and showed me causes I could mend. Her staff were all so kind.

She spent a long time with us, clearly explaining all options. She is a wonderful orthopedic Dr.

Dr. Mesnier was able to quickly diagnose the problems with my foot and ankle and make recommendations for treatment. She was very positive and up-beat while emphasizing the role I need to play as part of my recovery.

As a new patient I found both the office staff and Dr. Mesnier welcoming. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Mesnier thoroughly discussed my concerns and available options. She definitely made me feel like a valued client.

Dr. Mesnier is fantastic! She always takes time during appointments to make sure you understand everything that's going on. She is such wonderful person to talk with she has such a way to explain things to you to make you to fully understand what going on

Dr. Messier spent all the time necessary to understand my situation and explain my ankle’s condition—far more thoroughly and clearly than anyone has been able to do previously. The only negative I felt was wishing I’d found Dr. Mesnier many years earlier. I’m looking forward to recovering full functionality in the future.

Dr Mesnier is always friendly and professional. She is direct but compassionate. I travel all the way from Bend because I trust her judgment and her amazing creative skills.

Outstanding physician/surgeon. Super smart, warm and professional! Explained options, strategy clearly to me and my spouse. Injection given was smooth, very little pain, as was the last one in October. She was my surgeon for other foot in the past. Highly skilled -- I'm very fortunate to be in her care.
