Two visits, both times waited over an hour. I've scheduled to see Dr. Cohen, only met his NP

My name is Patrick Fontenot and I wanted to share my experiences with you in reference to my visits there. The purpose for me going there was to get injections in my knees. The 1st appointment for the injection took them over an hour before someone came in. Today I had another appointment an I waited again for approximately 50 minutes and just decided to leave. I find it hard to believe that even with an appointment it take so long before anyone can help you. I’m sorry but the purpose for you getting and appointment is to reduce wait time. I have a job just like everyone else does and have to use my lunch hour in order to get some of these things done. If I were there for the doctor to examine me is one thing, but just to get injections is totally unsatisfactory. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there. Read previous reviews and they praised their visit that is why I chose him. I am so thankful for Dr. Cohen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is amazing!!! My husbands is pain free after months of suffering. We love you!

Dr.Nathan Cohen is the best,he is amazing...He help me at a time when i had almost gave up on walking long distance and walking up on stairs !! His staff is very professional and courteous and friendly. I am able to keep up with my kids when we go to New York City and Baltimore Maryland.

Dr Cohen is the absolute best knee surgeon in the world! I have relocated to New Hampshire and none of the surgeons I have queried know his procedures! I had one knee replacement surgery five years ago and it was a complete success. I walked up the stairs to my house 2 days after surgery with no pain until the 3rd day. And because of a wonderful machine that was supplied to me that kept my leg in constant slow motion, I only missed one weekend of church. AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS TO BE SEEN BY DR. COHEN, I DECIDED HE THINKS VERY LITTLE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND LEFT.

HAD A 1:40PM APPT. ARRIVED 1:20PM TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK. X-RAYS PERFORMED AT 2:20PM THEN TAKEN TO ROOM TO BE SEEN BY DR. COHEN. 3:40PM STILL NOT SEEN BY DR. COHEN. HAD ANOTHER OBLIGATION AND COULDN'T WAIT ANY LONGER. ASKED IF I WANTED TO RESCHEDULE. WHY WOULD I RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT FOR A DOCTOR AND STAFF THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR TIME? STILL IN PAIN. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Great reputation. Seems to have more patients than he can handle. First appointment, insulting amount of waiting. I showed up for my second appointment 15 minutes early, as requested. Waited 55 minutes in lobby. He did not show up for my appointment. If you choose him, clear your day and bring lots of personal intertainment. They were very polite while treating me like dirt. No wonder so many locals go to Houston. Might as well spend the time driving, as spend the same amount of time with people who don't respect you as a human person.

DR. Cohen and every staff member i came in contact was Very professional. Dr. Cohen is the Best and helped me in a very Serious time in my life. Ortopedic Surgery.

I started seeing Dr. Cohen about 21 or 22 years ago. He treated me for pain in my knee. I had partial knee replacement surgery on my left knee in 2002. Arthritis started in my right knee and I needed surgery again. This time I had a total knee replacement in 2007. I had no trouble recovering from either of the replacements, very little rehab needed. August 2017 I had total hip replacement on right hip, very short rehab again. Dr. Cohen is a very dedicated physician, very friendly and caring.

Amazing! Thank you so much for taking the greatest care of my Aunt Ruth Pumpelly. She speaks so highly of everyone in the office.

Dr. Cohen is a fabulous surgeon! His staff is very courteous and professional and I am very glad I chose Dr. Cohen to do my total knee replacement!

Very Friendly, Very Professional, Very knowledgeable, EXPERT TOP OF THE LINE. I cannot speak for everyone, but my post surgical experience was pain free. I would recommend if anyone needs a knee replaced, Dr. Cohen is the epitome of professionals. I am very happy, very satisfied, and grateful for my new knee. entering my second year. Follow His instructions to the Tee, and you can get the same results.

My experience with the doctor very comfortable made me feel at ease...was very friendly and sociable.. Even cracked a joke about my noisey hip..He seems to be very knowledgeable in his field of work as for as I'm concerned he is my savior after all I've been through...
