I met with Dr. Hoffman a total of 3 times over 7 weeks. The third visit, he came in, introduced himself, and said, "nice to meet you" before treating me like this was the first time we met. I was flabbergasted. He then proceeded to ask me about my history of my presenting problem - that we went over on the first visit. Wow. Just wow.

My experience lead me to believe Dr Hoffman does not trust his own medical ability to diagnose. I had consistent negative results on all my tests and he continued to order more and more tests.. I don't honestly know why he kept ordering tests but I asked him for a medical reason for continued tests and he did not give one. This is either lack of confidence or its somehow beneficial to him.
