This place would rather leave people in pain with infections in the mouth that could spread in the body and kill them than take payments for service i wouldnt go here if your needing immediate hrlp

Very nice and pleasant Office and Staff. Dr Nathan Walls was very kind to me and the 4 teeth I had to have extracted was by far the best professionalism by any Dentist I've ever been too. If I would need anymore dental work done Dr Walls would be the one I go to. I would recommend Dr Nathan Walls to my friends and family.

Not professionals! I wasn't greeted in any way by any employees. I told them who I was & sat down to wait for my appt. I was called by a dental hygienist to follow her & we went straight to an x-ray machine. After that, I was shown a dental chair. In all that time, there was no greeting by her, nor did she speak or answer any questions I had for her. Once I was in the chair, she literally slapped a dental towel over my chest, and started cleaning my teeth. I got the rudest treatment I have ever had by a hygienist! Naturally, there was no talking. Water was spurted not just in my mouth, but also on my face and shoulders. She also got the toothpaste all under my nose, mouth & chin. When she was done, she dropped a wet towel on me & rubbed from under my nose down to my chin trying to clean me up. When I spoke to the dentist about her actions, he shrugged his shoulders, said my x-rays looked good, and left. I will never give this dentist office a recommendation nor will I ever go back.

This is a great place to go. i had two fillings today and everything went great.

Running -10min late for a 11:30 app. call to inform I'm almost there @11:35 only to be argued with that it is 11:45? (Not!) That the hygienist Has to leave for her child's meet @12:30 & another patient will be in. I Was paying these people to care for my teeth (and they are obviously being paid Well by the looks of it!!) and I want someone Rushing? I was trying to be nice by accommodating them by moving my app. back to 11:30 for them to dismiss me like I was nothing in their Big world. If this was the first incident that would be different, but it's not. POOR SERVICE in any field operating in Ripley seem to go hand I hand. NO MORE!! For my New dentist I'll not worry so much about being Nice & let my expectations be known ahead time. Good Luck! Dr. Walls is an excellent dentist. Staff is first class also
