Dr. Navid Nami

I just a review for Dr.Nami with a company called CSS. By mistake I confused him for another Dr at a plastic surgery office, he was the worst, I never saw Dr.Nami, I am sure he is very good. I had Dr. Breithaupt. He was excellent and removed my skin cancer and did the plastic surgery on my nose. Considering how big it was, it came out great. Thank you

Regular checks here are easy, quick and thorough, and friendly. Front office staff leaves something to be desired.

It was terrible about everything. No examination, no diagnosis, terrible appointment system, BUT a lot of honor and ambition. If you looking to be ignored of you problems, if looking to waist your time and money- this is very good option.

I have been a patient for over 6 years. Dr. Nami has been really caring and helpful Dermatologist and the staff was great to work with since I have a busy calendar they always try to accommodate me. I have been to a few dermatologist over the last 30 years he was the only one figured what was going on with my condition and how to solve it. Dr. Nami was efficient, thorough, friendly, helpful, to the point, asked great questions, and made me feel very comfortable during the checkup. I recommend him highly. He's a keeper for sure.

Dr. Nami, does not call patients back, has disrespectful staff, scheduling can be awful at times, their phone system is down often, and he lacks professional care for patients, of course, this was all in my experience. I had been a patient for a couple years and had been to the office over 60 times. Very old and dirty facility as well. Skin issues never resolved.

Dr Nami is the BEST-he is so patient, thorough and caring-I have been his patient for many years for many skin cancers. Highly recommend him

Dr. Nami is a good informed Doctor, but his facility used an out-of-network lab and I was billed $1050. They failed to inform me or my insurance. United Healthcare denied the claim and the lab billed me for the service. All they had to do was call me or my insurance and get an in-network lab. I became aware of all of this a year after my visit. I have appealed to UHC and they will not accept an appeal after 180 days after their rejection. I asked Dr. Nami's office to call UHC and they refused to be of service. Their only answer was that I signed the waiver and will be billed for any/all lab work and patient visit fees. I only wanted them to help me appeal the case with my medical insurance. They repeatedly answered with, "I'm sorry, you signed the waiver."
