The staff is rude. I have been going 17 years since I moved to flower mound. Last few years experiencing that Dr Bajwa does not spend time with her patients. Their nurses don’t return phone calls. Hands down, the worst doctor ever She is incompetent,3 years ago, she misdiagnosed my 5 month old and he ended up in the hospital. This year, she apparently can’t diagnose listening to the chest, whether or not someone has phenmonia, she shouldn’t be a doctor. My husband ended up on a ventilator, twice, all because she stated “you have a bad case of Covid” and she refused to do a chest X-ray, on top of that! 4 months in and out of hospitals, tons of bills, loss of wages, she is awful! Do not trust any family member with her, ever!!!! Don’t waste your time, she is extremely impersonal able and does not care about you!!!

New patient to this office. Came in because I’ve been having a lot of heavy chest pain and shortness of breath. I went to my cardiologist in September and everything was normal since my last cardiac ablation. From the moment I walked in and talked to the front desk to the moment I left it was not a good experience and so unprofessional!!! The front desk staff is rude and sarcastic. I just changed my name and she was telling me because I got married my insurance will drop me. I’m pretty sure that’s false. When I came back with the MA, she was dressed with holes in her jeans and a “PINK” (from Victoria secret) sweatshirt with holes cut out of the shoulders and you could see her bra and undershirt. Im sorry, that’s not at all how you present yourself in a medical office. The doctor.. DIDNT EVEN KNOW what was in my electrolyte package or knew what it did for you. I AM NOT KIDDING HERE. I showed her what I take as a heart supplement and she literally said “I don’t know what these do or how they would effect you”. You’re a doctor! Shouldn’t you know what electrolytes do? I’m in nursing school, and I know what they do for me!! I told her I wanted to get blood work done and she said ok. Before she walked out the door I asked her, “what are your thoughts? What are your differentials? Can you tell me why you think I’m having this chest pain if my cardiologist said my rhythm is normal?” She said she didn’t know but doesn’t think it’s electrolytes or blood work related. She also said maybe it’s anxiety. Can I just politely say this... why are you a doctor if you can’t tell someone your differentials? Why do you have a staff that is so unprofessional? Terrible doctor, i filed a complaint with her last company so she was either dismissed or she left. Dont waste your time. You are not jmportant to her. There are other reviews with same info. So buyer beware.

I have worked with this Doctor since 2000. I trust the with all my families medical care. Even my extended family ????

Dr. Bajwa is hands down an amazing physician! She treats you like a family member and has the best bed side manner. She has a calming approach and is very knowledgeable. I will call on her for any medical issues my family and I have.

I have going to Dr Bajwa for 20 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She cares about her patients and is very friendly and knowledgeable. My children have moved out and they still go to her. The staff is great! They will go above and beyond to help patients. I had an issue with insurance last year and they fought for me like I was family, which I'm truly appreciated. Highly recommend Dr Bahwa and her staff! Dr Bajwa has been our family doctor for more then 10 years and she is the best family doctor . Will never change here very professional and caring! We really recommend her! The staff if very caring and professional

I truly believe she is the worst pediatrician! She doesn't listen almost seems bothered by her patients.

Dr. Bhajwa is a rude doctor. She barely talks to her patients and understands a situation. She is just concerned on going to the next patient. I had gone for a wellness woman exam. I have worked at a doctors office before to understand this is a 1 hour appt. Bhajwa spent less than 10 min with me. She did not get to know me or ask if I have concerns about my health. I felt like I was rushed. The nurses were so helpful and I am in the health profession to know you are never supposed to treat a patient like that. She just lost a patient. Dr. Bajwa has been my physician since 1999. She is very personable and caring. Her greatest gift, however, is that she is a wonderful clinician. Her diagnoses is always spot-on. With my seasonal allergies, through the years we have tried to minimize the use of antibiotics when really not called for. Many doctors just script you a Z-Pak and off you go. Dr. Bajwa knows when to pull that trigger, but when not called for, we have quickly solved a flare-up with other means. This prudence means that when I really do need an antibiotic, it will work well. I recently moved well north of Dallas, but make the one hour drive to see Dr. Bajwa. Dr. Bajwa has been my only physician for over 6 years now. That means a lot to someone who is only 24 going on 25. Her and the surrounding staff have done everything to make me not only comfortable but also diagnose me correctly as well before sending me off to get medicine. I've seen Dr. Bajwa now for at least 10 years. She is my primary care physician and always gets me in promptly. If you are looking for a doctor who is thorough then Dr. Bajwa is excellent. She is not your typical "howdy hello" but she will get you treated and not waste your time. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Bajwa has been my primary care physician for over 10 years. She is quick, efficient, and spends just the right amount of time with me to diagnose, explain, and treat my ailments. I've always found her open to any questions that I may have and she answers them fully and clearly. She was also very helpful on advising me and my family on how to avoid getting sick on our trips to foreign countries.

I have used Dr. Bajwa for years for my personal healthcare and find that she is very good a diagnosing blood pressure issues and has monitored me closely. She always gets me in for an appointment promptly and requires routine blood work to analyze and monitor my health. The office staff is always pleasant and accommodating. She is a great primary care physician and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Bajwa is wonderful. Very kind, very skilled.

Dr. Bajwa is knowledgeable and caring. She has been my doctor for over 10 years and I have always been treated with respect and kindness. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. I recommend her highly as she is intelligent and professional.
