Dr. Neena Chacha

Dr.Chacha is SO friendly! I am so thankful for her professionalism and guidance during my exam and while picking out frames. The staff is helpful and booking appointments online is a breeze. Dr. Chacha is very trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I am grateful for her caring and compassion- she is the best of the best!

This is the only place where I feel like my prescription is correct. I tried to get contacts, and Dr. Chacha ordered several types. Ultimately, I could not tolerate them but she did not charge me. I really enjoy going here and feel confident when I leave that I got the best service.

Excellent in every way possible. Timely, attention focused, caring, considerate, and takes the time to explain EVERYTHING. I’m in the healthcare field and am completely impressed with her care. I wish I could work with her!

I just had the pleasure of getting my exam with Dr. Chacha. Her staff was helpful, they took me same day. She was very patient and knowledgeable and if I didn't understand something she explained it. I really felt like she had my best interest at heart. Staff was down to earth and worked with me as far as finances go. Every where else I have been as far as optometrist, I felt like a part of an assembly line. I never felt that here at all. Once again wonderful experience. Highly recommend! I have been a patient of Dr. Chacha for two years now , and I have to say I am blessed to have her as my doctor. Dr. Neena has a wonderful bedside manner, and is always wiling to explain any medical questions or issues concerning my eyes. I find her to be trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable ,caring and compassionate to her patients. I believe she is a wonderful person and a great doctor. Her employees are helpful ,courteous and her office is clean and inviting. I always feel like I am in GOOD hands when I have my appointments with Dr. Chacha. It's a great office ! C. I have been a patient of Dr. Chacha for over two years now. I feel so blessed to have her as my eye doctor ! I am having some upsetting and painful eye issues and Dr. Nina takes the time to listen to me ! In this day and age most doctors are so busy that you feel like just a number- not a person or a patient. Dr. Neena listens, explains your case in a clear and concise way, and is one of the sweetest and kindest doctors I have ever seen. I wish all of my doctors had her bed side manner !

I have seen Dr. Chacha at Family Eyecare Center for the last two years, but I will never go there again. I recently saw her for an exam and to order a new supply of contacts. The exam went fine (other than airing her grievances with insurance companies the entire time and explaining in too much detail about how she is or isn't reimbursed), but she then attempted to charge me for both a contact lens exam and an eyeglass exam, when she only provided a contact lens exam. Upon questioning her about the matter and with insurance documentation in hand, she became very angry, refused read it or to "deal with me" in an adult manner, yelled things such as "get out" or she would "smack those contacts right out of my head," and then proceeded to call 911. Yes, 911, because this was clearly an emergency and an appropriate use of emergency resources. Needless to say, I am no longer a patient of hers and I have taken the situation up with my insurance company, the local police department and the state medical board. She has since claimed that I was only there for an eyeglass exam (lie/insurance fraud), that I've never seen her for contacts (also a lie - records will show that's ALL I've received from her), and that she did me a favor by providing me with trial contact lenses (now why would someone give a patient trial contacts if they claim they've never seen them for contacts?). She is completely lacking in honesty, integrity and professionalism. It was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
