I find it very unprofessional that I have been calling for a little over a month trying to get my perception sent to the cvs pharmacy. However when I call I'm told I will call you back and I never get a call back. Georgette has answered the phone numerous times and has said that my perception has been called in , but when i call the pharmacy they inform me that no one has called in anything, in fact they have reached out several times with no response. At this point I am disappointed in how may time I have been lied too in regards to my medication.

Very unprofessional physician, my appointment was at 1:00 and took almost 2 hours to be seen by the physician, she was so rude with the nurse and with me as well when I asked if I can do some extra work done like x-rays, she answered me with “ the patient dose not tell doctors what to do” i felt scared, not recommended

I made an appointment as a new patient I waited in the lobby for like 30 minutes.I went inside the room the DR started yelling At the employee then the employee walked out she is unprofessional she made a big fight in the office. She is really unprofessional. She also talks really bad about her employees. Also, she tells people to write her reviews. Do not go to this office. This office is very professional and efficient. Dr.Ghani is a wonderful doctor who actually listens to you and provides excellent care. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for medical care.

Dr. Ghani is a great physician. She is warm, compassionate, takes her time listening to you and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff made it very quick and easy to make an appointment.

Dr. Ghani was my family doctor some years ago until I moved away. She's the best. My OCD could be larger than life and she went with it and accepted me for who I am. I trusted her with my life.

Dr. Ghani is extremely kind and caring. She listens to my concerns and is able to actually spend time with the patients, that is why sometimes there is a longer wait. I love her, my whole entire family has been going to her for the last 15 years.

I love Dr. Ghani and her staff! I have been seeing Dr. Ghani for over 6 years now, since I moved to the Dearborn area. There can be a bit of a wait at times, but this is due to the time the doctor spends with her patients. She actually takes her time to speak to me, listen to all of my concerns and address any of my questions. Other doctor offices have rushed me out quickly without even answering any of my questions. I would prefer to wait a bit more time to make sure I am treated properly and addressed with all of my concerns. Also- Dr. Ghani is one of the most selfless people I've ever met. Dr Ghani Is a very good Doctor But Her staff is rude and Slow

Waiting is to long even with appointment, once your in the room you wait even more.

She is a wonderful Dr, however, you should have a few hours free as she has many double and triple bookings. My mom went to her for 35+ years. I've been seeing her now for 15 years only dr ik that would take money out her own pocket to help a patient absolutely???? her and Gorgette

Be prepared to wait. The wait is due to the thoroughness of Dr. Ghani. This is not your typical "drive-thru" office. You will receive a thorough evaluation. Is the wait annoying? Yes. But good care takes time. I do have issue with having to remind the staff to send in forms after being told it would be taken care of; but we are human and she has a lot of clientele. We been calling them for 15 times for result its been 20 days past already nobody call us about the result very time we call them they always take your information but nobody call back they don't care about you they don't care about they're patient I don't know if the Dr know that or they all don't care they don't deserve 1 star at all

Would give 0 stars if I could. There is no reason you should have to wait for 2 hours to be seen by a doctor when u showed up on time to your appointment. Every single time! It's inconsiderate. Definitely finding a different doctor.

Honestly, I don't usually write bad reviews but absolutely don't go to this place. Dr. Ghani seems nice enough but her office is poorly run and over-scheduled. From the other reviews I read, I didn't believe it was this bad but it is. Expect to spend at minimum two hours there (at least one hour of that waiting). I also was never called nor given any test results. I had to call in on my own asking for them a week later. It has been two and a half weeks and I still haven't gotten them. I was first scheduled on a day Dr. Ghani planned to be out. This would have been fine had they called me, told me this, and rescheduled to a better time. Instead, they called me the day before and told me that they had openings that afternoon if I ''preferred" to come in instead. I was working so I refused. The next morning, I drove to my "appointment" only to be told, when I got there, that she had an emergency and couldn't see me. I would have believed this if I wasn't the only one that came in for that hour I was there. They took blood work so it wasn't a "waste of my time" and then rescheduled for the following Monday. With travel to and from, this was two unnecessary hours taken off work. I would have rather been called earlier and not come in then. I rescheduled for Monday morning at 7:30 thinking I could be in and out soon enough to not be extremely late for work. I was waiting for an hour to be seen, then spent another hour and a half in the exam room (with a door that didn't even close) waiting while I overheard her meet with the all the other patients. Finally, I got up because I absolutely had to leave for a meeting where she rushed me back in and did the 5 minute exam I'd been waiting for. Then I also found out that on one had actually ordered the blood tests to be done on Friday so she sent the order in at that point. A week later I hadn't heard anything nor were there test results online in my mychart so I called in and heard half of the results that were normal from the secretary. It has now been 2.5 weeks and I still haven't gotten them back. I've been looking for a new PCP and really really hoped it would work out here but it won't. Honestly, my advice would be to them to set up some regulations, stick to them, STOP scheduling patients every 10 minutes, and don't take on new patients if you can't keep up with the current ones. Update: It has been 6 weeks, I've called multiple times and still haven't received my test results or any word from Dr. Ghani. I've given up hope at this point. This is my first review ever, I never think anything is worth reviewing but this is beyond ridiculous. I can not put into words how terrible this office is. First, the wait. It doesn’t matter how early you arrive to your appointment, plan on being there for at least 3 hours, that’s if you’re lucky. Second, the staff. Probably the most disorganized team I’ve ever encountered. Third, the treatment, it’s a joke. I visited for a checkup, I had to take a series of tests and I was told that I didn’t need to visit again, and the doctor would call me back with my results. I called for the test results a couple days later, the office manager told me the results over the phone without even communicating my results with the doctor and told me I “probably” needed to be tested further and she’ll “speak to the doctor and call me back” even though she claimed my results came back “negative”. I asked to speak to the doctor multiple times, and I was told she was going to give me a call multiple times and she never did. I went ahead and tested further and went back to the office for an actual visit to see what’s going on, I wasn’t able to see her due to insurance issues that I wasn’t aware of before I showed up, the doctor didn’t speak to me and the office manager told me I’m testing positive for something, again without communicating with the doctor. She again claimed that she’d have the doctor call me just to get me out the office and of course she didn’t call. I've been with Dr. Ghani since 2005, I will never change her with any other doctor. I will highly recommend her, due to the fact that my mother about 2 years ago was going to a different doctor, he didn't diagnose that she had cancer on her left breast, I asked her to see dr. ghani, Dr. Ghani sent her to get a check up. and found that she has cancer, she saved my moms life, that's why I am really thankful to Dr Ghani, without her my mom wouldn't be here today. The doctor is great! But the new staff needs improvement. So until they master the art of communication, and professionalism, if you need something to get done right, call the experienced staff : Georgette. She is the best! Bring a snack because sometimes it gets busy and the wait gets long but I assure you the wait is worth it.

Cleanliness and organization of examination room, lab, and equipment (e.g. blood pressure cuffs) is poor. The lab room were blood was drawn was particularly worrisome, being very cluttered and dirty. Phlebotomist did not wear gloves at all.

Dr. Ghani is a very thorough and considerate doctor. I appreciate the fact that she is extremely personable and is able to make me feel comfortable enough throughout my visit. The most unprofessional staff I have ever met. I have been looking for a new doctor since I moved into the area so I called this location to schedule an appointment and the receptionist had a rude tone, bad attitude, and was disrespectful. I wanted to reconfirm the location was open on Saturdays and the doctors particular practice so I can schedule an appointment. The receptionist answered my questions and immediately by saying "Yes, Ohhkaaay" then says "bye" and immediately hangs up the phone. Oh my God what a ugly personality and how ignorant of her. Thanks to this Doctors staff they just lost a potential client. For your information the staff the doctor employs are a direct reflection of the doctor, and in simple terms "Don't see this doctor! I have been going to this doctor for years and have never had one complaint. When no other doctor could figure out my condition she made it her mission that I was taken care. The wait may be long, but that comes with any doctor you go to so that's nothing bad and she's open on Saturday's and most doctors are not. If you want a doctor to treat you as a person and not just another paycheck, come directly to her. I have been going to this doctor for years and have never had one complaint. Dr. GHANI is the best doctor I've been to. She is extremely upbeat & positive, at the same time extremely informed. IM so happy I was referred to Dr. Ghani by my cousin. I would definetly recommend this doctor to my family and friends!

STAY AWAY. The office is extremely unorganized and feels filthy all the time. Their nurse has no idea what she is doing or asking (she also also manages the front desk so that should tell you something). Regardless of what time you make it you will wait in the room for 45 minutes for a 5 min diagnosis. They do NOT have any testing supplies in the office. Prescribed me the incorrect medicine just to find out I do not even have an infection. Healthy department needs to pay a visit.

Dr. Ghani is an extremely professional as well as caring internal medicine physician. I believe it was her who saved me with my MS disorder. On a regular visit to see Dr. Ghani, she noticed something was completely off and had sent me to the neurologist. She is wonderful!!!

Dr. Ghani is extremely helpful and caring. Although no one actually enjoys spending time at the doctors office, I enjoy my time WITH the doctor because she is constantly allowing me to feel completely comfortable and understand various conditions. Dr. Ghani spends her time answering all of my questions, and I have never left her office feeling rushed/misinformed. I would highly recommend Dr. Ghani to my fellow family members & friends.

She is wonderful! Dr. Ghani is so sweet and passionate, and she truly cares about me. When I first came to her office she took the time to speak to me and understand my issues. I wont go anywhere else and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a passionate doctor.
