I’m very disappointed in the service by the front desk and especially the billing. Dr Busillo is great, but I now have to look for a new doctor because his staff failed him. The past 2 years they have screwed up my billing, using wrong codes for a yearly visit, trying to get a hold of them to fix it is impossible. When I was actually able to get through to the front desk because I hit the doctor line, the women I spoke to said I would have to bring the bill in the office, I would not be able to speak to or leave a message for the billing department ????then when I took time out of my day to drop off the bill she told me someone would call me back ????‍♀️Which they never did…I had to go through my husbands Union to help me get the bill fixed, NOT ACCEPTABLE, I will never go back!!! I've been coming here for a few years now to be honest while Nick Busillo and a few of the nurses are friendly, the receptionist person seems rude and I have been placed on hold several times which can last all day but I'm up to date on my vaccinations and everything just wish someone could answer the phone

Horrible Service. Do Not Recommend. Incompetent staff and doctor. Saw Nicholas on a follow up from a Patient First Visit on a work related injury. Staff was rude and uncooperative. Trying to get a referral was a nightmare. Nicholas attention to detail is so poor. Documentation I was provided with did not even consist of details from visitation. Horrible Service. One star for front desk. Five stars for Dr Busillo. The people at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. They get a zero rating. Also they rarely If ever answer the phone. And sometimes for medicine or appointments it's necessary to go in the office. If it was a competent staff it would get five stars.

Dr Busillo is amazing and gets 5 stars. Front desk is the reason for this review. I bring my father here and can’t get thru front desk to get any answers. Prescription refills are impossible, my pharmacy even tried electronic refill but no response.

Dr Busillo was my PCP for 15 years while I was in Philly! Good doctor with competent support staff.

I have been with Dr Busillo about 11 yrs and I have nothing negative to say about his care. He always has sincere care about your health issues & works with you. He will always answer your portal questions in a prompt amount of time. You usually get blood test results the next day in your portal/chart. To me he is a five star primary. On another note, the office personnel is terrible! Rude, lazy, never answers phones, doesn't educate themselves with patient co-pays. The worst I have ever encountered, but once past the desk, Dr B is the best.

Dr Busillo and I go back many years. I trust him with my life. Dr Busillo is a noutstanding doctor who cares for his patients. His staff is great too.

I can't get my prescriptions filled on time, and have spent days trying to get through on the phone. I literally was on hold for two hours, and then was kicked out of the que. I need to get an important script right now that ran out more that a week and a half ago.

Impossible to get in contact with this office. Extended hold times leads to a voicemail box that clearly is not checked. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks. Occasionally you get an operator who will take a message for the office but they still do not return your calls. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. While Dr. Busillo seems very nice , the people at the front desk are not very nice people . They tell you they’ll return your call & they never do . You ask questions and they really never give you a straight answer. If it wasn’t for my insurance situation I’d more than likely be at another doctor

Dr. Buscillo is great, however on more than one occasion I've had to actually walk into the office to ask a question because I would sit on hold for 45 minutes just to get the answering service or hung up on, the office staff seems to have a difficult time answering the phone, it's it's shame because Dr. B is great, but wasting literal hours of my day on hold is just not acceptable. The office staff is HORRIBLE. You can never get through. They do not complete return calls to pharmacy EVER. They almost NEVER process referral requests. They are never nice, rather rude and obnoxious. Having a strong reliable staff is so important. Dr. Busillo is awesome, but his staff is not a great front line for him. Actively looking for a new practice because I do not have time to deal with them.

He is an excellent doctor and very down to earth. I feel like I am going to visit a good buddy and at the same time I am getting a very accurate diagnosis when I visit with him

Good doctors good treatment polite and courteous staff

Both my husband and I have been a patients of Dr. Nicholas Busillo's for many years and he has been so thorough in examining my husband and found a heart problem which has been corrected with surgery twice. He listens and he's patient. I wouldn't change doctors ever.

Like him (once you get in to see him) but the staff is the worst! Called four times to speak to him about my hospitalized father, a patient of his for 30 years, with no return call. It was the 5th call reporting my father's death that I got a call back. His staff was rude and arrogant each time I called. When he finally did call me, he was curt, said sorry and hung up.

This is not about a visit but about how long I had to wait for the doctor to return my phone call in reference to getting a new prescription for my husbands pain meds. I called early in the morning because I was having headaches and when the doctor prescribed medicine that did not work. I called and called for him to call in another rx and I called three times and three times I did not get any response from the doctor. the second time I called I was told to wait and the wait was 15 minutes without someone coming on line. the third time I called I spoke to Barbara who was quite rude and said that the doctor had the messages. but no response while I suffered with a migraine headache the whole day. where does the motto do no harm come in with this office. again no response from the doctor as we waited and waited for him to call in that new prescription. we have been treated disrespectfully since the doctor and the office changed over to crozer keystone.

The women at the front desk are the nastiest people I ever encountered. I switched to a different dr because of them.

Dr. Busillo is awesome.

Saved my husband's life twice! Very professional and knowledgeable about the high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. Would highly recommend him.

Great experience every time with everyone in the facility as well as Dr. Busillo Sr. and does what's needed to help you by identifying the source of any issues you may be having while giving you the safest care with compation. Thank you.

Dr. Busillo is great!! Very accommodating & patiently listens & cares about his patients. I have been going to him for the last 3 years.

I assure you that the office IS open, even though at the time of this review Google shows office as "permanently closed". Everyone at the office is great, and Dr. Busillo listens and goes above and beyond to accommodate my medical needs.

After having a primary doctor for 25yrs I finally had the nerve to leave the practice b/c of things I will not address on this page. I started going to Dr. Busillo in 2011 and have been completely satisfied with him. He is generally concerned as your physician and does not give you the bums rush which to me is extremely important, as my previous physician would always say, "come on, I'll get you in and get you out"! Not what I want to hear from a doctor. Two thumbs up!
