Mr. Nicholas L Nowicki

I see Nick Nowicki for muscle pain, stiffness, upper back discomfort and when sports-related injuries threaten to sideline me. My first visit to Dr Nick was in 2013 for super tight IT band and hamstring work caused by improper running technique. He fixed the symptoms, gave me some exercises to do AND some tips on better running form. Dr Nick also coached runners on Wednesday evenings in a walk on group. Stopwatch in hand, he put us through speed workouts, which was very helpful to me to improve my triathlon performance. Over the years Dr Nick is my go to for physical conditions related to sports or body alignment. He’s on top of so many tools and techniques that I’m confident he will use the right skillfully to address the problem. No BS or over treatment with him. I recommend him whenever I have the chance. Dr. Nick is not only a great person with a good sense of humor but he has helped me with a few issues successfully where other things weren't helping, like a frozen shoulder that wasn't responding to physical therapy. Active release technique (ART) is an amazing thing and Nick is both licensed and experienced and very good at it. As Dr. Nick says, It is not what I do here that makes the most difference, but what you do every day.
