Dr. Bossenbroek is very nice, thorough & knowledgeable. Her staff is so friendly also , makes you feel at ease. Dr. Bossenbroek spent plenty of time with me & explained everything in a way that was easy to understand & made me feel comfortable. She also explained my treatment plan in detail & made sure I knew I understood the entire plan. I'm due to have a check up on progress in 3 months & have no hesitations. If you are looking for a dermatologist I highly recommend Lake Shore dermatology. After years of trying many things for my psoriasis, it is in control and I can manage it. They share new treatments with you but design a plan that meets your needs.

What a wonderful first impression. Staff is extremely nice, helpful and patient. Fabulous ladies!!! Dr was very nice too and had me in and out. She listened to my problems and gave me answers. I don’t have to go back but would if I had to. Greatly recommended!!!

I have been going to Lakeshore Dermatology for a year now. Always great communication and fit me in on an appt same day!

Super nice staff! Very clean environment. Took all the COVID measures to keep the staff and patients as safe & clean as possible. My first appointment with them showed me that they have a lot of compassion for their jobs and patients and make you feel very welcomed. Caring, smart and very informative! She really cares about you as a person not just ‘another’ patient. The whole office is ???? This is the first time I ever felt truly welcomed.

Dr. Bossenbroek was incredibly friendly and did a great job treating me. She was quick and efficient and hopefully gave me the remedy for a year long problem. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Nicole Bossenbroek removed a basal cancer spot from my forehead. Two weeks later I had a bodyscan to see if there were any more. She explained everything in detail so I could understand everything fully. She was kind and very professional.

I have been seeing Dr. Bossenbroek for several years now for routine dermatological check-ups and for acne issues stemming from hormonal changes as a person ages. I highly recommend her and the Lakeshore Dermatology team. They are professional, helpful and my skin has never looked better.

Most relaxed doctor office I believe I have ever visited. Crissy, the nurse was very friendly and helpful in helping me understand what to expect during my visit. It was our first time meeting with her. Ayden is very shy & self conscious about his condition. He was very leary because he really likes, trusts & feels comfortable with Dr Foster. But the experience was great. She was very kind, gentle, soft spoken, understanding towards Aydens feelings & in constant contact with Dr. FOSTER. We love Dr. Bossenbroek. She is very kind and caring toward our son who has been seeing her and Dr. Foster. She was able to correctly diagnose his problem after years of misdiagnoses by multiple other pediatricians and even another dermatologist. Dr. Bossenbroek was very sensitive to my situation due to having psoriasis. She was very informative and compassionate in our consultations. Dr Bossenbroek was wonderful. She made a difficult situation bearable which I really appreciated. She listened to what I had to say, was concerned about my comfort and is working hard to find an answer. The entire staff at the office is compassionate and helpful as well.

Dr Bossenbroek explains well, but I got reactions from medicine and I tried to call back at the lakeshore dermatology, grand rapids clinic. The number mentioned for emergency hours or after care doesn't exist.
