My experience with this provider... - My experience with this provider was wonderful. This doctor and her staff always make me feel that I am taken care of well, and I am each time. This doctor saved me from a potential cancerous situation, operated on me, considered all of my concerns and needs, and I am thankful to God for her.

Dr Dolan is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is efficient, personable, knowledge, professional, and kind. She cares about your comfort and safety and listens well.

Where do I start?! ..words can not describe.. how I appreciate her and how good she is at her job I've had her for 10 years!..Dr. Dolan is a.. compassionate, caring, with ..awesome bedside manners, and she tells you like it is, she doesn't sugar.. coated or hide anything.. you ..can't find a better Dr. that cares for her patients ! As I am in the third trimester of my first pregnancy, Dr. Dolan has really eased my anxiety that can come along with experiencing your first. She always answers any questions I have and her staff is awesome.

I’ve been seeing her for about 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE her! Her and the staff have gone above and BEYOND for me!

She is a great doctor in a rush sometimes but always polite answered all my questions and concerns. The office staff is also great always easy to reach and make appointments never had to wait for the appointment to begin. They made my first pregnancy easier.

The front desk and nurses were great but the doctor didn’t ask me how I was, why I needed the procedure I was getting or do anything to help ease my pain like breathing out during the procedure which would have really helped. When she was done she didn’t ask how I was, nothing. And months ago before choosing what I wanted I was about to change my mind and she didn’t give me enough time to think about what I really wanted. I had a terrible experience the last few months and she didn’t ask one single question. I wouldn’t go back to her. Dr. Dolan was my doctor when I delivered my third child. She was very calm and professional and I felt very comfortable with her. Joanne the certified midwife in her office sat with me throughout my labor and delivered my son. It was the best experience. I'll be staying with her as a patient even tho I moved an hour away.

I am so proud to have Dr. Nicole Dolan as my OB/GYN. She doesn't just act as your doctor, she guides you through the entire pregnancy. She puts her patients first. She takes all the time you need: she listens, she asks questions, she makes recommendations if needed. Most of all, she CARES. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has a wonderful bedside manner. She is a doctor you can trust. I highly recommend her to everyone: the closest family and friends. I would recommend her to my sister, mom, best friend. I never feel rushed, she always is genuinely happy to see her patients, and she wants what is best for you. God Bless Dr. Dolan.

I made an appointment over the phone and called to make sure they accepted my insurance. The receptionist took my info and said yes and booked my annual which is fully covered with my insurance. After my visit I got slammed with an over 200 dollar bill then another one for 500 for a biopsy. They then said they did not accept my insurance?! What?! I had made the appointment months prior to the visit and after my first visit you are telling me you did not notice the mistake the receptionist made and then allowed me to come back for a biopsy?! I threatened to go to court and they agreed to bring only charge me 300, which is still bs however I agreed because going to small claims court was going to cost me 250 anyway. They started to send me invoices and I started to make payment and then all the sudden they stopped?! And sent me to collections for 145 dollars and my credit dropped 12 points! Why did they stop sending me invoices and do that? Now I think I need to take them to court after all for ruining my credit. You will be hearing from my attorney this is bs. I never make an appointment for something that I cannot afford and when you said you accepted my insurance I had nothing too worry about. Not only did they do that but by biopsy went wrong and the doctor tore my insides and I had extreme bleeding pain and cramping for 3 weeks! And when I called to let them know they said it was normal however on the paper they sent me home with and what the doctor verbally said to me the day of my biopsy is that I would have light bleeding and cramping for a few days! No I do not recommend this doctor because of the lack of care and communication and the receptionist does not take responsibility for her mistakes. We were referred to Dr. Dolan via our church family and were completely shocked at how rude and unprofessional she was. We had a birth plan that we wanted to follow and did not want some of the recommended OB tests and procedures and she was completely unwilling to allow our birth plans. We told her that it went against our religious affiliation and she basically said that this is not the office for you then. We were shocked & bewildered and explained that she came recommended as someone who respected personal beliefs...to which she replied, “No not at all”.???? Been with Dr Dolan for about 10 years and she has always been very professional with her work. I have moved a few times further away each time but I refuse to switch to another Dr!

Dr. Nicole Dolan came highly recommended to us as an OB that allowed for personal choice & was more natural minded. Definitely do not recommend if you prefer to question anything. She is a big pharma pusher. Very rude if you question any test or procedures & kicked us out of her office basically. If you like a bully for a Dr...then she’s perfect.

Straightforward and professional, Dr. Dolan is the best OBGYN I have seen. She is committed to patient care. She is extremely knowledgeable and she (and her office staff) are responsive.

Dr. Dolan is wonderful! I began seeing her for routine gynecologic care a couple years ago and now I am seeing her for my OB care. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. This being my first baby, I always have a lot of questions and concerns. She responds to her patient portal within 24 hours, but most of the time, it's only within a few hours! I also had to call the office for an emergency situation once and everyone, including Dr. Dolan, was very prompt in responding to me and letting me know exactly what I needed to do. Dr. Dolan is fantastic. I feel fully confident in her medical expertise, and it helps so much that she's also friendly and personable. She's easy to talk to, and makes patients feel comfortable (tough to do as an ob/gyn...). I've had numerous questions and concerns over the years, and Dr. Dolan has been patient, informative, and thorough at every turn.

Dr. Dolan is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel comfortable, always takes her time, explains herself and never makes you feel foolish for any question. I came to her at 28 weeks pregnant and wish I would have found her sooner. She was very comforting and supportive from the office to the operating table. I refer her to everyone I know now.

Seen dr a few times wonderful dr great bedside manor answers everything with knowledge don't feel rushed in the room the only negative thing I can say is I wanted in waiting room for 20 minutes would recommend anyone to see her glad I found her

I have been with Dr. Dolan for over a year. She followed me through my pregnancy and delivered my son. I had a lot of questions as a first time mom so I did a lot MyChart messaging with her. She always got back with me within a few hours.

Dr. Dolan is a wonderful doctor. She is compassionate and caring. She listened to my concerns. Did not rush me through appointments. When I delivered my daughter a year ago, I had a great experience. Dr. Dolan & her team made it a stress free experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Dolan and Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.

During the birth of my child, this doctor let the residents do 99% of my care. When a C section was indicated early in labor it was not recognized by anyone on the team and Dr Dolan did not show up in the room until it was urgent to deliver my child, which ended up costing me extensive birth complications that are still ongoing. I would never let Dr Dolan participate in my care again due to her lack of concern/time which cost me my dignity.
