Dr. Nicole Susanne Swofford

My husband and I both see Dr. Swofford and have for a couple years.... she is a "fantastic" Dr. Our Grand daughter and Great Grand daughter both also see her. She answers every question we ask, and takes the time to be sure you understand. We've had alot of Dr.'s in ou lives and we all put her on the top of that list to be the greatest. The entire staff at the Royse City Clinic is so caring and helpful.

I have had Dr Swofford as my pcp for about 5 years I could not image having anyone else as my doctor. She is always there when I need her. I can message her and ask any kind of question she answers right away and if she doesnt know the answer she will find the answer and message me back. I can always get an appointed when needed and times I need. My wait time is very short and she takes all the time I need during my appointment. I would recommend Dr. Swofford to anyone who needs a caring and competent Dr. The staff is always caring and courteous and friendly checking you in with no waiting time, Nursing staff always Helpful and gentle with checking vitals and inputting information regarding the visit I have had Dr Swofford as my pcp for about 5 years I could not image having anyone else as my doctor. Dr. Swofford and her nurses are wonderful. De. Swofford listens without pecking on a computer. She makes eye contact, hears what I say, asks questions, discuses options, and truly makes me feel like she cares about my health and concerns. I trust her. I would recommend her to friends and family.

Dr. Swofford is the best doctor I ever have. She makes patients feel like human. Always takes time to answer questions and she shows that she really cares. I was her patient when she was in Terrell, when she moved to Royse City I followed her. I really like her professionalism and her personality.

I have been Dr. Swofford for about a decade now and she is excellent and exceptionally thoughtful. Always a joy to see and fun to talk to. She made all my anxiety about visiting a doctor go away. Even when she moved to a different city closer to her home I moved with her even though it added nearly a hour to my drive. She is very intelligent and quickly helps me with any illness I have had over the years and has great recommendations for other doctors cover other areas of expertise. She is my "go to" for anything medical. You will not regret making her your Primary care provider like I did. I moved to Dr Swoffords office in order to have a doctor closer to home. Switching Doctors I thought would be a nightmare as they have been my whole life. This was extremely easy and she has picked up right where I needed. The online Communication is always a quick turnaround and the office is very friendly. Couldnt be more pleased with my choice! Dr. Swofford has been my physician for at least 10 years. I left my most current physician to go back to her after she moved. She treats you like a person, not a number. I would give her more stars if I could.

I've been very happy going to Dr. Swofford after we moved to the area two years ago. She's very easy to talk to and easygoing. I really appreciate the fact that I can email her through the BSW system and she gets back to me promptly - it's very convenient (and these days I'm used to emailing/texting a LOT lol). She and her team did a great job with my IUD consultation & placement, and I'd be happy to recommend her to anyone I know. Dr Swofford is a wonderful doctor!! I followed her to Royse City. It's very hard to find a caring , compassionate, personable and knowledgeable doctor. This facility and all its staff is the very best!! We have used Dr Swofford for a number of years adn absolutly love her.

I am very pleased to have Dr. Swofford as my PCP. She takes as much time as needed to ensure I understand all lab results or other needed testing. As all of my ___oligists are affiliated with BSW she is able to keep a close eye on my medical adventures.

I have been using Dr. Swafford for a few years now, and have been very happy with her. She is very knowledgeable about a great many things, and the few times she wasn’t, she referred me to some of the best specialists. Her bedside manner is unmatched, and she is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Swafford and love her. She is very personable and tries to get to the root of the problem and address it quickly. I also love the fact that when I have a question I can email her and she gets back very quickly. Highly recommend her. ~Beverly Gibbons

My favorite doctor ever. She is great at explaining things plainly and makes me feel like she actually cares about my overall well being. I never feel like "just another patient."

I think she is great. If I have questions, she always gets back to me in a timley manner. She explains things so I can understand. I highly recommend Dr. Swafford to new patients.

Love Dr Swofford. I’ve been seeing her for several years now. I find her bedside manner one of the best out there. She is patient, listens, shares knowledge and provides comprehensive care.

Dr. Swofford is great! Easy to talk to & insightful. She listens to my concerns & feelings; validates me instead of the polite brush-off I have experienced from past doctors. I really feel like she works w/me to “fix” my issues for the long haul & not just a quick fix.

I have seen Dr. Swofford several times and while she is admittedly personable she does not seem to understand your health concerns. It’s more a check list she has and that’s it. She only wants to ask questions for her checklist and if you have other questions that is for another appointment. Or she can refer you to a specialist. Just didn’t have the same rapport as family physician in Colorado. Left the office questioning why I’m leaving with none of my health concerns addressed. I'd NEVER recommend that office to anyone. Super impersonal women in that office. Dr. Swofford is kind and personalish. She is fine but the staff and nurses at that office make it seem like you are a waste on their time and day. They DO NOT make you feel welcome in ANY WAY. My family will be looking elsewhere. They also don't realize that patients can still hear you in the room if you're speaking to one another sitting outside at your computers, food for thought as well. I have to first write a rebuttal to the reviews written below mine. First, the review that Dr Swofford has a check list. I believe it is the clinics policy that if you discuss anything beyond a routine health check, insurance won’t cover it. Dr. Swofford is consciences about people’s pocketbooks so does not want to veer off topic for that reason. The other review that stated the staff was not nice, I would have to disagree with that one too. I am a patient here as well as my two daughters and we have a wonderful experience each time we go to a physical. In fact, she is one of the most punctual doctors we have ever been to. We rarely have to wait beyond our appointment time and are in/out within an hour. We were at Rockwall Pediatrics before this change and those days it was about 2 hours in/out! When I moved from Chicago to Texas, I spent a considerable amount of time looking for a new primary physician. I am so happy to have found Dr Swofford. She has a very friendly disposition who also displays a genuine concern for her patients. I never feel rushed or feel like I am just “patient number xx.” She recently left my local BS&W facility in Terrell to the location in Royse City and I will drive the extra miles to continue having her as my primary physician. I recommended her to my adult daughter and she feels the same about Dr Swofford. Would highly recommend her. each time I have visited her, Dr Swofford has been extremely helpful and took time to explain things. She is very pleasant and answers all questions I had. I have referred her to many friends.

I really enjoy Dr. Swafford, she listens to all you have to say and will give the best advice she can. She knows your mental and emotional health is as important as your physical health.
