Best children’s eye surgeon!

The staff is always very polite and the clinic is always very clean! Dr. Mungan is one of the best in the state! We have been going to him for years and my child loves him. Plus, the office always communicates with my child's other physicians.

Took excellent care of my little girl!! My husband went with her but he said he was patient and kind. I truly appreciate it because my doctor is so scared of doctors and to hear she had a good visit is HUGE for us so THANK YOU from the staff and the doctor thank you so much!!!!

Spends no time, doesnt explain really anything and then says come back.

Spends no time, doesn’t explain anything and when I ask still no explanation. Just come back in 6 months. Looking for a new doctor

Keeps changing my appointment for unprofessional reasons have good insurance don't get it 3 months just gave up ????

Dr Mungan is wonderful! He's the fastest doctor I've ever been to. The office however needs a lot of improvement. When I first started taking my son to Dr. Mungan it was great but recently it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone. I have sat on hold for 40 minutes before and never gotten in touch with anyone. I call through the hospital and they cant get anyone to answer either. So I show for a follow up appointment and Dr. Mungan isnt there. If I had been able to get anyone to pick up the phone instead of sitting on hold everyday I would have not wasted my time and lost a day of work. When I asked the girl why I can never get anyone to answer the phone, she looks at me like I'm speaking a foreign language and never even apologized for the issue. Dr Mungan is wonderful! Super patient with my 6 month old. Explained everything to us. Everyone on staff that day was very friendly.

Office wait time was about 5 minutes...fastest of any doctor my children have ever seen! Great staff and Dr Mungan was friendly, kind to our 3 month old, and very helpful in explaining our next steps. He even called personally to report lab results and communicated with our primary pediatrician to ensure everyone was always on the same page. The best eye doctor ever!!!

Dr.Mungan has been my daughter doctor since she was 3yrs. old and she has had surgery on both eyes. His work is amazing I would definitely recommend anyone with any problems with their eyes that's in his specifications to go to him...
