Nina Kahloon

Rude, arrogant, assumes she knows things about my case that she doesn’t, talked over me, talked down to me, had zero concern for me, as arrogant as they come. Needs to not be seeing patients.

Love Dr. Kahloon. I have been going to her for at least 10 years. Very intelligent, kind, thorough, and takes the time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Kahloon is caring and competent. 5 stars!

Dr. Kahloon is awesome! She is caring, patient, and very thorough! I love how she takes her time and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve had many skin checks from other dermatologist – they don’t compare to her. She goes above and beyond in her thoroughness!

Dr. Kahloon has always been very professional and kind. She answers questions. Had a mole removed from my face and you can't even tell it was ever there. I was so concerned but she did a great job. Very thorough when doing a head to toe check for cancer. My son also had a wart removed multiple times by his pediatrician but it kept coming back much worse. She removed it and it never returned. I love Dr. Kahloon. She is personable and very knowledgeable. Her staff is also wonderful. I have a cyst by my eye and went to see her. Her office called me to check on me and advise me on aftercare. You will love her.

I totally agree with all the other negative reviews. She’s very uncaring and rude, if you question somethings she says, she says she didn’t say it, or doesn’t remember. Apparently she doesn’t write things down in your chart! Very, very unprofessional and cold! Would never go back...

I have taken down my previous review because I don't like to call anyone out. I try to be as kind as I can in this world. Now that I know that Dr. Kahloon has seen it, I have accomplished what I wanted to do.

This was my first appointment with Nina Kahloon. Dr. Kahloon was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She and her assistant Susan made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my exam. All of my skin concerns were addressed and I felt very good leaving the office knowing she was my dermatologist. Thank you Dr. Kahloon, you are great!

When I made the appointment, I told the staff that I had to pick up my other daughter within an hour and a half of the appointment time. After waiting for over an hour, I complained to the nurse. The doctor didn't see me until I had waited for 1:20 minutes. With only ten minutes, the appointment was useless. I complained to the doctor and she told me I should reserve at least four hours whenever I see a doctor! Insanity! We will not return. Who has that kind of time? I can’t begin to say how unhappy and disappointed with Dr. Kahloon I am. I had a appointment for a follow up for spots/eye brow and Basel cell cancer I had removed from a previous appointment but not only did I wait 1 hour and 20 minutes past my appointment (which I was willing to overlook) but when Dr. Kahloon came in the room to see me, she was in such a hurry she didn’t act as if she had the time or concern with my issues. Everything I asked seem to be a inconvenience to her and as she hurried to leave, I asked her to look at the last place she removed and I seen her roll her eyes,I couldn’t believe it. I waited1 hour and 20 minutes and she couldn’t give me 10 minutes. She did say she had called in a prescription for my eye brow but I had to call the office two times for them to follow through with sending in the prescription. Then I receive a call from a pharmacy out of state for a different prescription she never told me about that doesn’t take any insurance and wanted you to pay out of pocket. I called the office again to see if it was sent by Dr. Kahloon but apparently they did not feel it was Important enough to call me back. My first visit I had with Dr. kahloon was good but the second appointment and after having a large place removed on my face and wanting to make sure or feel better with everything going on, I was overwhelmed with the way she made me feel that day. At this point I can’t see myself returning to someone who has no more concern for me as a patient. Quick, professional and so pleased with results

Hands down best dermatologist! She has helped me get rid of my bad acne and did my lip fillers. She is very kind and spent lots of time talking through different options for both. Will definitely being going back! My acne is now gone and i’ve never been more confident about my lips.

She doesn’t listen she just talks over you. Not warm or kind at all

Dr.Kahloon is amazing, hands down best dermatologist in KY! I have been going to her since i was a young child, i have acute eczema. She has always been willing to discuss alternative medicines over the years, always shows concern for my concerns and is very knowledgeable. Terrible doctor. Rude, condescending, acted like she was better than me. Would not recommend. Go to a doctor who actually cares about her patients

She and her staff were rude to me on more than one occasion. She didn't seem to know that I had seen her for over and year and was on spironolatone for over a year. During one visit she told me to wash my face differently instead of try new medication. She also would never send in my antibiotics and it was such a big deal to have my medication sent to Walgreens instead of St. Matthews. I have had bad experiences with this doctor more than once that I can reasonably shrug off. Wouldn't recommend.

Dr. Kahloon walked in the office and acted like she was better than me. Only looked at me for about 3 minutes then charged me for a test she did not do. When I called her office to ask about it she said there was no way for me prove she did not perform this test. I think she is scamming insurance companies.

OUTSTANDING. Dr. Kahloon and her assistant, Tonya, gave me all the time I needed to address all my concerns in a professional and thorough manner. I had always heard wonderful things about her, but this visit EXCEEDED my expectations. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! I've found my dermatology home.

Seen her multiple times, always very professional and helpful. Very caring physician. Definitely recommend her.

An ointment prescribed by Dr. Kahloon was not covered by my insurance and cost $600+ to fill. I called and left a message informing her of the cost and that I would not be using it. Then I left on vacation. When I returned, there were multiple voicemails from her staff regarding this situation. They had located an alternate provider, Commons Community Pharmacy, who would fill the prescription for $15 and kept calling me until they finally reached me to tell me. Outstanding service!
