FINALLY staff and dr that are on top of it! Dr Pham is amazing. I have a rare condition that has left me with astigmatism in both eyes and one near, one far sighted. He has been informative and full of options for me. His staff has always been accurate and I have not had surprises from insurance billing. It's refreshing to find both in one office. Dr. Pham tried a procedure on my eyes for dry eyes. My eyes turned extremely red and burned. I tried going to see him and was told he wasn't in all week. Then I was told the dr that was there couldn't see me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

They gave me the wrong prescription which I can't even see the letters 5 meters across the room. And after I went back for another exam, (no apologies) the doctor did the same thing throw a couple pictures and rush you through, there I end up with the same prescription I had 8 years ago, but I can clearly tell my vision have gone worse because I could not see the computer in a distance I was able to see before. I've had experiences with several eye doctors before and will not be back again for this one. Unprofessional service. Just wasted my time and money. Low cost, friendly staff

My family has been going to Dr. Ninh Pham for many years! Always a great experience. He is a Phamtastic eye doc!

Gave me a completely different prescription than what I actually needed. I paid over $100 for glasses I cannot use because I cannot see and 1 paid another $100 for contacts think there was something wrong with my glasses. Just to go to AMERICA'S BEST not even 6 months later and find out that he gave me the wrong prescription. After driving all the way to their office to ask the Doctor what exactly he could do since it is not my fault that I have glasses and contacts that I cannot use I had to call them because their doors are locked, mind you it's not even no where near lunch time. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and closed minded and did not let me or my mom explain anything to her about what was going on. And to top it all off they want me to go in for another exam but they want me to pay $160 out of pocket. Gave me a completely different prescription than what I actually needed. Great optomoligist! Been going here for years and years! Really explain eye images and changes year over year and educate you about your eyes and protecting them!

The Times I have been here they had a backup doctor. I'm sure the regular one is good by the reviews. I will not go back unless he is there.

I've had to wear prescription glasses since I was 7 years old, so trust me when I say I've met my share of eye doctors. For many years I used Dr.TJ Heard at Sears until his retirement. But listen up! Dr. Pham has been my Doctor for 5 years now and I promise you one thing, I won't have another. He's awesome! The care he puts into your exams is great. You learn so many things from him. He has a number of different machines that do ALL types measurements and pictures of your eye. Then he sets with you and carefully discusses all of that information he has taken. He goes over the pictures with you of the parts of your eye and talks about the effects of high blood pressure, cholesterol, smoking and a number of other environmental factors that can damage your eyes. He makes you feel like family and you can see his genuine care for his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Ninh Pham for your next eye appointment. Dr. Pham is awesome. I make an annual trek from Austin to get my eyes examined. He treats me and my family great.

After a number of trips attempting to catch the office actually open during their stated business hours of 10:00 - 5:00, actually catch them in the office. Receptionist tells me she will be with me in a minute, does absolutely nothing for a couple of seconds then asks, If she can help me? Tell her I need to get an eye exam and she debates for a second, then says, "It is after four, we don't take walk ins after four." It was about two minutes past, the office was empty. I had used Dr. Pham a half dozen times in the past, but will not use them again. Theie office is rarely actually open, always out to lunch (more ways than one), once you do find them open they aren't seeing anyone, but don't take a walk-in. Sounds to me like they really don't want to do anything other than go to lunch.
