Nisha Vashishta

Nisha is an awesome doctor. Very warm, caring and knowledgeable and her husband as well. However, her front desk is a disaster. I have been going there for many years and the lady who greets me is always very rude, almost to the point she seems angry with me. I was willing to tolerate her behavior, as it was only a minor annoyance but on a recent visit, I was told I owed DOUBLE what the bill they sent me said. I provided them the bill and when I asked them to produce an updated statement I was REFUSED. The receptionist offered to write down on a notepad what she thought I owed and I declined. They would not allow me to see Dr. Vashishta unless I paid the amount that was double my balance. I will miss having Nisha as a Doctor. Nisha is an awesome doctor. This has been my family doctor for years and this lady has never done anything to help. She refuses to listen to her patients and demands her treatment and that only. Find another doctor

Dr. Nisha has been my Dr. for more than 20 years. She has helped me in so many ways. She is the best Dr. in town. She is caring, thoughtful, patient, respectful and has a great bed side manner.

Overbooks/overlaps appointment times & you spend more time waiting in the lobby than with the doctor. Very pushy & doesn’t listen well. 0/10 do not recommend

Husband just went. She was horrible and treated him poorly. My husband is a veteran with PTSD and she disregarded his entire medical history and refuse to follow his treatment.

Not a good doctor, just blew me off the whole visit

Tiny seating area and the lounge area smells terrible. Not efficient office and really poor service overall :(

Wish I could choose ZERO stars. Cares more about getting money than about helping her patients. DO NOT go to this doctor!!!

Would only prescribe me heartburn medication if i would take antidepressants ect. Horrible horrible doctor. The front desk lady is definitely named karen. Go anywhere but here.

Dr. Nisha chooses greed over her employees. Ask her about her previous employee who spent her whole life taking care of people and while working for Nisha recieved a serious diagnosis that did not allow her to continue to work.

This Dr cares more for the co pay then u I been in there twice in past n there was something wrong with my insurance n I had to fix it n I wasnt seen both times but she still charged me the co pay for the two visits i wasnt seen

I just love this office!! Dr Nisha is so kind n patient. Explanation on any an all my questions are answered quickly n with understanding. I highly recommend anyone to come see her and her amazing clerks n nurses n receptionist!! Thank you being there for me!! ????

I went to see Dr. Nisha as a new patient today, hoping to schedule an annual physical exam later. She was very friendly and just went ahead with the exam right then. Her exam was thorough and efficient and pain free. By far the best experience I have had in the last 30 + years. Her staff was also very efficient and can seem rushed sometimes. Given the large number of patients that walks through the door during my visit there, that's understandable. Overall I highly recommend her for family medicine.

I like Dr. Nisha, but dread calling or going into her office. The receptionist is quite unfriendly and quite rude!

I was not happy with this doctor she said one thing and did another. I would not recommend her. I did not feel she was there for me or my health. I felt like her goal was to see how many people she could ram through in a day. She sapped my positiveness, enough to get online and write about it. I believe the system turns these doctors into meat grinders and UNTIL WE THE PEOPLE STAND UP AND SAY... MY SICKNESS IS NOT FOR YOUR PROFIT & WE WILL HAVE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE. This will be the norm. Dr. Nisha Vashishta herself was lovely. However, certain aspects of the way the office was run were not clear. They do not do blood draws, and they do not have a lab. You have to go to the hospital in order to have this done. This was not explained to me. My main issue though, is that the receptionist is incredibly rude. She was sarcastic and flippant towards me, and as I sat in the waiting room, I witnessed her becoming visibly irate and raising her voice at an elderly man who was confused. For me, I just can't see this being a place I am comfortable and open, which is something I value highly in a primary care facility. Dr. Nisha Vashishta herself was lovely. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Nisha for quite a few years and never had any issues with her or her staff until the last few months. The nurse Jamie is very rude when we have called with questions, prescriptions do not get called in for days, and also when I came to the referral to a specialist it took here 3 wks to accomplish this. I would never refer this office because of the staff, and that is why we left and doctor elsewhere.

Dr. Vashishta is very nice and caring and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. The secretary at the window has an attitude and should be replaced, but Dr. Nisha is great. You can even message her for prescription refills and she gets right back to you. I have been a patient of hers for years.

I’ve been going to Dr, Nisha for several years. I like her a lot and feel that she has provided excellent care........however.......I am not satisfied with her staff. Over the past couple of years I’ve had billing problems resulting form incorrect codes being submitted. Also, I have had to wait sever days before my prescriptions were called in. In one case, my pharmacy had to fax them 3 times for a refill. I’M CHANGING DRS FOR A MORE COMPETENT STAFF. I would no longer recommend this office.

Signed up as a new patient and transfered all my insurance information as Dr.Nisha as my primary care provider. Missed my first appointment. Not aware I was charged a $50 no show fee I scheduled a second...cancelled the second appointment once i found out i had to pay $50 because i did not have $50 to pay unexpectedly....failure to realize unexplained information within a time resulted in another no show. Being unaware the second appointment in result to a no show it was dismissed and I scheduled a 3rd appointment when I knew i could pay the $50. Waiting upon my 3rd appointment my insurance was canceled so I called and canceled my 3rd appointment ahead of schedule so it didnt result in a no show. I finally get insurance established again and call back to schedule and am told I can't be accepted as a patient after I was already given the approval a few months prior. If you're going to run a practice take notes...know your patients and their situations. All that to get told i wasn't going to be accepted because someone can't remeber what the situation was or because someone can't inform you of their policies. I never received anythig in the mail with stating policies or even met the doctor. I called this doctor and owe her $50 for their own neglect.
