Dr. Vinn is condescending and rude. He is also manipulative and makes you think he's helping you. It is shocking that he is still in practice. He is not of the good old practice of medicine with kind bed side manners. He thinks he is superior and above everyone. He lets you know that.

I give no stars since my grandma was assigned to him not once has he visited her, he always sends a PA. It took me almost 3 weeks to get a perscription filled for my grandmas incontinence supplies because supposably hes only at their office once a week.
