Normita Davila Vicencio

I chose Dr.Vicencio from the beginning to be my doctor and this has proven to be a wise choice. She is a brilliant physician. Her staff is phenomenal as well.

While in the hospital, I did not have a choice in doctors. She came twice, explained nothing to me, wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, and then had the audacity to send me an insane bill saying she had seen me each day of a 5 day stay. Do not ever go to a Beaumont-Oakwood facility, especially in Wayne (formerly Annapolis Hospital). They will do anything to prevent discharging you!
