Friendly staff, excellent work and doctor! He took care of my wisdom tooth problem very fast. This is definitely the place to go for an emergency. CON(for me): Numbing was wearing off and jaw wasn't properly numbed despite the multiple shots and signalling I was feeling extreme pain???? Also, got an antibiotic that's actually part of the same antibiotic that I'm allergic too. I always double check to make sure I mark it down on the form. Thankfully pharmacy caught this. Easy , fast , efficient and friendly Doctor plus the staff were very helpful and welcoming . Thank you all for making things as comfortable as possible for me when i got my wisdom tooth extracted. I was in and out in a jiffy.

I am a giant baby when it comes to dental procedures. When they told me I had to get a tooth extracted I dreaded it for an entire week. Thanks to the professionalism and skill of Dr Reddy and staff, I could have not asked for a better experience. I mean Dr Reddy extracted the tooth so quickly I was barely in the chair 15 min. I came to this office based off their great reviews and they lived up to every bit of that reputation. Thankful I finally found a awesome dentist. Always heard a root canal was the worst thing to go through, but I didn't feel any pain and doc was awesome about explaining what was going to happen and how it would go. The staff was also great and very helpful. The crown he did after the root canal (same day) is great and feels good. I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for a great Dr to start caring for your teeth. They were fast and efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a good dentist! Not going to lie, the outside of the building made me a little nervous, but they were awesome and totally proved why you don’t judge a book by its cover! They went out of their way to work with us when my husband had to have a wisdom tooth pulled urgently on the same day as a baby shower I was hosting. Very thankful. They were fast and efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a good dentist! Solid place and friendly staff. I had an emergency dental situation, basically broke my front tooth, and had a wedding the next day. The staff and dentists over at The Tooth Doctor put me back together. LOL huge help!!! Saved my smile!

The Tooth Doctor was amazing. I had a horrible toothache at 1:30AM Saturday and made an appointment online for first thing at 8:00AM and was seen immediately. They took care of me and were very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend them for any emergencies or regular dental checkups.

I had some annoying jaw pain/soreness and I was really afraid I'd have an abscess or I'd been grinding my teeth in my sleep. The staff at the tooth doctor (Bandera Rd location) was kind and took great care of me. An old filling from a few months ago hadn't been adjusted to my bite and they fixed it up in no time. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Reddy and his staff. They are all so kind and understanding. These people are just amazing. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I went to the Bandera location to get my top two wisdom teeth pulled and I was VERY nervous/on the brink of a panic attack because I am just a HUGE baby when is comes to pain. So they use local anesthesia (which is why i was freaking out so much) because yes, you’re awake during the procedure. But let me tell you, You don’t feel anything!! And if I’m saying that, I mean it. I am so over the top dramatic when it comes to pain. First the nurse numbs your mouth with gel and after that has kicked in the Doctor comes in and injects more numbing medication with a needle instrument. I only know this because I googled it prior to my visit. But you can’t even feel this needle go into the gums!! Like AT ALL! Oh also! They were so nice and let me use their beats headphones so I can listen to my own music to relax and cancel out all the noise of the instruments. So during the procedure you feel him kinda digging around in your mouth, kinda like when you get your teeth cleaned, some mild tugging but I was so numb (in the best way) that I wasn’t able to feel anything. So much that I didn’t even feel Dr.Reddy remove my teeth! All of sudden in a matter of 4 songs it was all over! He was already stitching up my gums. I did close my eyes the whole time because I know I would have freaked myself out had I had my eyes open. Dr.Reddy is just simply amazing at what he does. About an hour after leaving the office the numbing did start to fade and I felt some mild pressure/soreness in my gums. So I took the prescription medication he gave me. Immediately that soreness went away. Now I am writing this review 5 hours post procedure, I have no pain and no swelling. I am feeling really good surprisingly. I know this review is very long but I just want others to read my story and know that if you go to Dr.Reddy you have nothing to be worried about. You are in great hands. I went to this office in need of a very short notice wisdom tooth extraction. It was a Saturday morning and I was able to come in with no appointment made because of the situation. These guys are a life saver! Terrible pain for 3 days, they saw me as soon as I could get there helped me with my insurance, all my questions, and provided a clear break down of what my bill would be. They offer convenient and reasonable payment plans. But more importantly the people and doctor are so understanding and helpful! Dr. Reddy is absolutely magnificent. As new patients Dr. Reddy looked at my husband and myself and recommended that my husband see his pulmonologist because he believed that he had sleep apnea. This is a very dangerous condition and dr. Reddy was right. We can't thank him enough. This is a perfect example of the extra step that he and his staff are always ready to provide.
