Dr Oleg Bess was going to perform the surgery, initially scheduled for a date in December, which he canceled THE DAY OF! Claiming a person on staff getting covid. Who cancel a surgery 5h before?! I was finally rescheduled for a date in January, and their office called me the day before to cancel again!!! Due to staff shortage! I have never seen a such unprofessional doctor/office with a lack of respect for the health and schedule of their patient. Lastly, I am now questioning why they can’t get surgery center working with them to schedule patients.

Dr Oleg Bess is the most amazing OB-Gyn that I have ever been to. He saved my life twice! He delivered my daughter 22 years ago, and since then had performed two major surgeries on me. He had also done miracle for my sister, who's previous doctor "abandoned" her 4 weeks prior to her delivery, due to major ovarian cyst complication. He had done a c-section, and saved her ovary!! I Love Love Dr O Bess, he's been my physician for over 15yrs now. I trust his opinion, and I'm not good a giving blood, but his staff seems to get it right Every time. Dr Bess is easy to share my concerns with, very private, very clean facility.. His Mother is also a terrific Physician there. Very sweet & to the point. I love the the staff, easy to make appts,, friendly, caring, best time to make appts is 9am-2pm, The parking can be a bit tight after that.
