Dr. Roth is one of a kind! She really cares about her patients! Calls to follow up and really worries for the wellbeing of her patients! I'm surprised how she remembers each patient and makes them feel as her priority!

Dr. Roth is on top of each patient and follows up when needed makes her patients feel as a priority!

The people in the office are very friendly and accommodating as well as they know my son. So, they take good care of him when he needs to be seen.

Doctor Roth is the best Dr. really not typical you can't find someone better then her. But the waiting is not for me sometimes you can wait 2 hours.

Doctor is good but waiting time is tooooo long trust me!!!!

Very Irresponsible people. Nobody wears a mask (not even the doctors). They don’t follow social distancing. Waiting time is ridiculous. The whole place is packed with people and nobody is wearing a mask. They don’t have respect for your time at all. I called in advance to ask if they are wearing masks and they said they did, but when I went in there nobody had a mask on. You wait for hours to see the doctor and doctor is with you only for few minutes and rushes out of the door. Very Irresponsible people. Nobody wears a mask (not even the doctors). Excellent service and great staff.

Dr Roth is the best. She has been caring for all of my children for over a decade. She has great memory, she is very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly a great human being. We love her so much!

Extremely experienced and competent but terrible wait times in the office.

Turned away a sick child just because it was Sunday and she refused to see my son whom I was holding in my arms begging for her to help us. Office hours were 9-7 pm and she was available but said that she will only see her current patients and that even though we saw her with our other child, this child that was in my arms is a new patient and she kicked us out like a dog!

I don't understand why I can't ever find any SOAP!!!!!!!!! OR ANY PAPER TOWEL!!!!!!! OR EVEN TOILET PAPER!!!!!!!!! in this office????@??!?!??!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?! Just whyyyyyy??????????? I'll erase my review as soon as I'll get all of those in their bathrooms!

Dr Olitsa Roth has been my children's pediatrician for nearly 12 years. She is kind, compassionate and on top Of her game. She has always followed up with us and diagnosises were spot on. For half a year, starting in the summer in upstate ny, I went to see 3 separate drs re my daughter foot. The drs brushed it off, 1 saying she's complaining cuz she lacking attention 00. When olitsa saw her foot she immediately sent me to the emergency room saying it looks like Lyme disease which it was! The drs are all excellent, I tried em all with my 4 kids, 1 of them real hi maintenance. I try to ignore when a receptionist is rude. We came to the doctor with 3 months old baby by emergency. The experience with doctor was fine, she was adequate, polite and thoughtful, even though she didn't call us back to check on our baby, as she promised. The office was not appropriately cleaned though, it was overcrowded, small children were playing on the dirty floor. The bathroom had awful order and wasn't clean, it didn't even had any tissues to wipe your hands with. But the most what shocked us was the experience with the billing department and people who worked there. It was a total disaster. Their nasty attitude and rudeness just completely shocked us. The person by name Rosalie screamed at us, hanged up the phone several times and warn us against coming to this office and making the appointment with Dr. Roth again.
