Recommended my child for further examination at specialists based off of singular symptoms when more than six were required to be present to even be considered viable. We were outright dismissed by the dermatologist at Children's hospital. They laughed the concern off as not even being a possibility given he was not displaying the singular symptom of multiple birth marks enough. Tests ran, thousands paid, nothing. The same occurrence when checking their eyesight via a machine that they momentarily beam into your child's eyes to see if their vision is well. Every visit, perfect. We take him to get checked for a drifting eye, astigmatism, and the opthalmologist discovers that he is indeed nearsighted... They also administered an influenza vaccine years ago without our consent for our older child and had him on prescription for allergies which after we cancelled the script, he has never shown any allergies towards anything at anytime. Needless to say, they are about ridiculous referrals and misdiagnosis. They are inept, do not perform basic medical tasks such as sutures, and have cost us thousands of dollars in outlandish referrals. We will most certainly be changing pediatricians.
