Dr. Osama G. Ayad

If I were able to give Dr. Ayad ZERO stars on this review, I would. My boyfriend, whom is diabetic and insulin dependent, has had nothing but issues with Ayad as well as his rude, unhelpful assistant. No one is ever available to answer the phone, and definitely do not expect a call back if you leave a voicemail because that will not be happening either. Insulin is a vital importance for a diabetics' daily life. Therefore getting ahold of the Doctor and obtaining said medication in a timely fashion should not be an issue. However Dr. Ayad never seems to be available, EVEN WHEN THE PHARMACY IS CALLING NON STOP. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone unless they want issues. Our own Pharmacy Technician suggested we seek a new Doctor as well. If I were able to give Dr. Ayad ZERO stars on this review, I would. Dr. Ayad is 10 stars!! His receptionist is 2stars. She's rude and not helpful. It's a shame too, because I hope he is not losing patients over her. He's a great guy!!
