I have been a patient of Dr. Oscar Bracamontes over 13 years. Previous to this I had seen a dentist in the US who, after a thorough exam, quoted me $8,600 for dental work that I needed done. I mentioned this to a good friend of mine who told me about his niece's husband that practices dentistry in Tijuana, MX. I was a bit apprehensive about crossing the boarder for any kind of dental/medical procedure. Then my friend said that if I wanted, he would take me to see Dr. Bracamontes for a consultation. When I finally met with the doctor I was quite impressed with the state of the art equipment he presented in his office, how gentle the exam went and more importantly what a personable man he is. After my initial exam was over he quoted me $3,600 for the same work that the dentist in the US offered to do! Needless to say, I made the choice to have Oscar as my primary dentist. I have made at least 20 trips since then and every treatment has been a pleasant experience from the staff to the office environment. It is a long way to go for dental work but I can say that it's been well worth it! In fact, the doctor had given me a 5 year guarantee on the two original dental bridges he worked on and after 11 years they are still perfect!! Since my wife and I are now retired we usually make a day trip out of my appointments with lunch in either TJ or San Diego. I have referred him to several friends and family members to which all have praised his work.
