After years of being unwell, I found Dr. Ojha and I couldn't be happier. For years, no one could tell what was wrong with me. My condition was getting worse and I was desperate to get some help. After a few detailed testing, Dr. Ojha diagnosed me with PCOS. Thank you so much for the attention you gave me that others lacked.

1/16/2021 I must say we chose last minute to give the staff a second chance and they showed up this time. I appreciate the extra help with my wife who is autistic. You made her visit enjoyable instead of over stimulating. Thank you. I don't even know where to begin. I will start off by saying Dr Ojha is fantastic. Only issue we have is the staff. Rude doesn't even begin to explain the staff. My poor wife came back to the car in tears yesterday over how rude the staff was being. That was the last straw, we will be changing doctors offices in hopes of finding a more sincere staff. I truly hope the doctors here listen up and fire their entire staff and rehire. Dr. Ohja takes as much time that is needed to help you understand. Her listening abilities are off the charts. She is pleasant and I enjoy going to the doctor. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was told when I made my appointment that the self-pay amount for the initial visit would be between $77-$150. I got there and the receptionist said the doctor wanted $250 for the initial appointment! The going rate for initial visits to Endocrinologists in the area are $150-$175. I am LIVID!!!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. osiers when she used to work for health first I’m so glad she went into her own practice I believe she is the best In her field I find her and to be very caring and very knowledgeable and listens and really cares I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a diabetes doctor

Fantastic experience all around.

Been a patient for over one year. I feel she’s very detailed and meticulous about patient care. I’ve been to 2 other endo’s, one moved and the other was not personable at all. Dr. Ojha listens to your concerns, teaches, and treats appropriately. She does not “brush things off” like some other doctors will. As far as the staff, they’ve been nothing but nice to me as I tend to initiate the joking with them. Wait times are normal and range from 15min to an hour. She’s worth the wait because she’s that good! Besides, I give myself 2hrs for any appointment because doctors have emergent patients that need to be seen right away. If I had an emergency, I’d want to be fit in ASAP and to find a doctor that accommodating can be hard to find. Been a patient for over one year. Being a Military Dependent and having Graves Disease among other conditions I have been to many Endo's but I have never found one more caring and more thorough than Dr. Ojha and her staff. She and the staff take the time to really listen, they follow up on blood work, actually call me with results and advise on adjustment of meds. when the results come in. They answer when a refill has run out. She checks for other stressors that surround you and explains the effects on your condition.

Probably the worst first patient experience. My appointment was at 1pm. I know, like any office, you have to wait past your appointment time in order to see the Doctor so I got there at 12:45, I had all my patient paperwork filled out ahead of time as well. I waited in the waiting room until 1:30, I explained that I was on my lunch break from work and I would need to be seen by 2 (Reasonable I feel since my appointment was at 1). The nurse takes me into the room at 1:30 and says the Dr is coming out of the room and will be with me. She says "We typically don't run late after lunch but we did today, sucks for you." Then after 10 more minutes, a different girl came in and said that the doctor was with another patient and that I was next but I would need to keep waiting. While I was in the waiting room the staff was on their phones, laughing, showing each other memes on facebook, talking about a joke that the rep that was in the office had said. While I was in the room waiting for the doctor that I never saw, Im pretty sure they were talking about me because I heard my name and someone say "SHHH, the doors open". They offered to reschedule me, and to my face they were nice. I can't vouch for the Dr or the service but my first impression was awful. I wont be back! Probably the worst first patient experience. Dr. Ojha, is a rare find. Her staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. Dr. Ojha has spent no less than 1 hour w/ me on each of my 2 visits. She is thorough and open to listening to your concerns and discusses methods of treatments w/ you. She is careful to go through labs, explain stuff, answer questions and and who recommend her over any other Endo docs I have been to.

Dr. Ojha, is wonderful at what she does, she actively listened to my concerns and was encouraging to me when I felt like giving up on my treatment and care. I would recommend her without fail to anyone that has Type 1 Diabetes, she knows what she is doing and I should know as I have lived as an IDDM all my life.
