Dr. Kumar takes great care of his patients. He is always checking up on me and follows through with his interventions to make sure I'm doing okay.

Dr. Kumar has been my neurologist for over 25 years, and I would recommend him highly for anyone who needs a neurologist who is an expert in his field, and one who is very thorough in his testing and treatments. Dr. Kumar truly cares about his patients, and he really strives to improve the health of his patients. Dr. Kumar certainly made a difference in my life helping me with my severe migraine headaches and vascular migraine condition.

I had a seizure for the first time in my 35 years. I was admitted to St Joseph hospital for a few days and Dr Kumar came to see me and talked about everything but he said for me to see another dr. He never said why and I never got a referral for another dr which he should have done. Now my husband is desperately trying to get ahold of him and still no response. Getting very irritated!! Very poor customer service and response! Have been trying for 3 wks to get EMG results sent to surgeon. Told they would fax and nothing. Talked to Medical records, nothing. Sent release of authorization form and nothing. Having surgery in 2 days and surgeon hasn't received report!! Even left message on Office directors voice mail and heard nothing. Dr Kumar explained the procedure and condition very well, he took time to answer all of my question.

I was referred to Dr. Kumar by my PC. He was the only neurology specialist in local area. Where I found Dr. Kumar to be a competent physician as far as I could tell, his practice/administrative staff is woefully lacking. Not only is it difficult to get an appointment (must schedule weeks in advance only to be called to see if you can come in earlier or later), but prescriptions to be filled, particularly controlled substances are usually mishandled, causing me to have to go back to get it fixed.

Very professional and thorough. Took time to understand what the issues were and explained everything.

Dr. Kumar is a very caring and good doctor. He give me confidence in my health care choices.
