MRI, Was told not to move only after 10 min, they had to do it all over again
I am very disappointed !!! Bad attitude from Michelle, she refused to give me a copy of my results, even though I used to get them before from this facility
Rude, rude , rude customer service. Lady with curly hair is very rude and unprofessional!!!!
It claims to be wheelchair accessible but when I showed up only the entrance was. Getting into the office is the only thing about it that's wheelchair friendly. I went for an ultrasound and the tables were so tall and unable to be lowered. As a paraplegic this just doesn't work for me.
Was able to make appointment for the same day. Staff was very nice and courteous, my doctor received report next day. Thank you.

I went to this place do to some pain I have and their service is horrible. They worry more about them selfs then having a good customer service. There is one blonde lady petite curly hair that is the worst of all. I wonder if they have some kind of manager to talk about the customer service they have. I know they can do better.
The tech Gary is the best and Dr. Parvez is very nice but the front desk is very very rude and unprofessional. People are here because they are sick but instead of treating them with kindness these people are very rough.
They refused to submit my claim to insurance and offered me various out of pocket prices for the test with illogical explanations. Very rude service focused on confusing the patient. Maria and her supervisor tag-teamed me with a story of lies. Once one person ran out of ideas, the other stepped up hopeful to gaslight me into submission. It's clear this routine was standard practice. With no logical explanation of the charges, they asked me to leave without the test. The rest of the women working there were very nice, it's unfortunate that they have to work around their organization's shameful practice of manipulating their clientele.
