Very very rude doctor. No communication skills. Very poor bedside manners and wrong approach to care. Metastatic cancer and she wanted to threat me without a biopsy or scans. Very poor care and her nurse is worse. It’s sad that trinity has hired her with zero personality and knowledge. Not a surprise. On top of all; treatments she recommends are usually denied by Shane Joyrdan who calls and apologised that they can’t get me the treatment. Other institution could get it covered. Incompetent and negligent !

The visit for my mother after her surgery was horrible! Dr Pat was 1 hour and 58 minutes late. Did not apologize for the tardiness. Would not answer questions. Refused to offer a more holistic approach when asked. Turned her chair away from my father and myself when we asked treatment questions. Repeated herself 3x that she was the Oncologist and knew what she was doing. Inappropriate and belligerent.
