Doctor Brotman a nice doctor but went through appointment in a rush. Wanted to get my mole checked that has lately been irritated and felt like something was pinching it sometimes. She checked with dermascope and said looked benign. I asked why it felt itchy and somewhat irritated she said well it looks okay. I wanted to get it removed, just in case, but her and her assistant just said it was benign. But idk I felt like it wasn't properly checked and she just left right away without really saying anything else. It felt rushed. I suggest going to a different derma. Also, I paid $20 cash (since they only accept cash) for copay of $8 and was given $8 back for change by receptionist. Like what?! 20-8 ain't 8?! I should've been given $12. I made my first appointment that I had to reschedule to to being in the wait room for over an hour. Today, I tried to reschedule and requested a TRUE 7 a.m. appointment and was informed the Dr. does not show up until 7:45. I asked then why do you schedule at 7 a.m. and was told that that is the Doctors requests and they can't tell the Doctor when to show up. Made appointments twice to see her in the morning and left both times because she doesn’t show up for my appointment times and her other patients that are left in the waiting room. If you can’t make it to work on time, schedule your appointments later in the morning. I wasn’t the only patient that left after almost an hour of waiting and she still hadn’t made it to the office.

My visit with Dr. Brotman was an amazing experience. Dr. Brotman did a very professional and great job. The staff was excellent an outstanding. I did not have to wait long to be called back. Overall, great experience with great Dr an staff. ????

Dr Brotman is great and very good at her job but cash copayments is a nuisance since nobody carries it anymore. Or I don't. But I've never had to wait too long, have been treated well by all and the scar after my surgery after the skincancer (which was removed) is almost invisible.

This office feels like a county hospital waiting room. . You will wait an hour to be seen. No respect for people’s time and the Cash only Co-payment is an inconvenience and only benefits the Dr.

Dr. Brotman's office cut off all of my tags about a year ago. I followed all of her after care instructions and within 8 months, the scars from the tags were gone. I now have clear beautiful skin. I am so grateful because I love to wear low-cut & off the shoulder blouses and dresses. I was referred to Dr. Brotman by a friend and I just referred a friend. I am paying it forward.

Staff is very unprofessional. Instead of helping out patients the front desk speak and answer with attitude. Never coming back. Bad experience

Come here if you like to wait for over an hour when you have a scheduled appointment. Avoid healthnet, the insurance carrier is garbage and it has severely limited the options for a dermatologist nearby. Avoid this place because of its ridiculous wait time just to ask for a simple prescription. I usually live in Vegas where the wait time is only 10 minutes. She listens, knows “her stuff”.

I like the work Patricia does on me, even cosmetic work on my face. She knows what she is doing.

Very nice Dr. who spends quality time with you and her staff is very nice well worth the wait.

They made me feel like I was being herded through as fast as possible so more patients could be seen.

She doesn't inform patient about my biopsy results. I kept on calling for 2 weeks before she could find time to review result with me. What a doctor.
