Dr. Kim is the greatest. I have been going to see her for two years. I have been very happy with her services.

Dr Kim was rude and seemed to lack patient empathy. Cookie cutter diagnosis without much effort to try to understand the condition better and discuss practical measures for better outcomes. Also made a med error in my prescription (glad I caught it in time).

I have been seeing various doctor's at New England Foot and Ankle for years, and know several other people who do so as well. I have always had good experiences - including two surgeries. The doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. I have zero complaints.

I know when I go to Dr. Kim that I will get excellent care. I really appreciate how clearly she explains both the diagnosis and the treatment options. She follows up too - can’t ask for more!

The worst of the worst when it comes to being professional. The office staff is rude and dismissive. Dr. Olson herself needs to work on her bedside manners. Save yourself the time. There are so many good doctors in the area, don’t bother with this office.
