Dr. Patricia Pladson Perschbacher

Told me I needed surgery on a birthmark . Had surgery and was not cancerous. Took another sample on chest and went too deep which left a scar and had to have cosmetic surgery to try to remove scar.

I was referred to Dr. Perschbacher by a co-worker who has had a long history of great experiences with her. I've been seeing her for almost 3 years and have been very happy with her professionalism and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, spending time to explain the medical procedures she's performing. Her staff has always been helpful and friendly and have followed up w/a call shortly after my visit w/ my lab results. I'm thrilled to have finally found a dermatologist who focuses on medical issues, not cosmetics!!

I have never had the pleasure of having such a wonderful doctor experience before meeting Dr.Perschbacher. She was so amazing, from being so compassionate and caring, walking me through everything she was doing and what it was for, never making me feel uncomfortable at all, which I is an absolute feat in my opinion. You could not pick a better Derm to see.

I was referred to Dr. Perschbacher to have a suspicious mole on my skin examined. In addition to looking at the mole, she did a full examination. She recommended that I have the suspicious mole removed along with three other areas. Regarding the original mole, Dr. Perschbacher stated clearly, “This one is definitely cancer”. This of course was upsetting. A couple weeks later when all the areas were removed and biopsied, the results were completely negative for all areas including the mole Dr. Perschbacher said was positively cancer. The news was great, but I was not happy about her positive cancer diagnosis and me spending my entire vacation in Florida worrying about what my future would be. To make matters worse, when I called to cancel my follow-up vist, the receptionist asked why I was canceling. I told her that I had a bad experience with Dr. Perschbacher and she said, “ok, bye” and hung up. No interest whatsoever in finding out what happened or passing my concern along.

I've always been very pleased with the level of care I've received from Dr. Perschbacher. She is very thorough and addresses all my concerns. I highly recommend.

My husband and I went in to find a cause for his dry, chapped hands. After being told it was eczema, with no real solutions, my husband asked Dr.Pershbacher if eczema could be the cause of the rash on my leg. The doctor took less than one minute to look at my leg and said it was probably also eczema. The office charged my husband $100 (we self pay our medical costs) and then charged me another $100 dollars for the one minute question and answer. Taking money is what matters to this office.

Dr. Perschbacher is very kind, thorough and shows compassion for what she does. There is nothing missed when in her care!
