I had an ultrasound & appt with Dr Dennis scheduled same time. Ultrasound went well. I was asked to wait until appt with dr. After over an hour, I had to leave and rescheduled the dr appt. I was charged a copay for both the ultrasound and the rescheduled drs appt which I would not have had to pay double if the dr would have been on time. This has happened to me before. They seem to value dollars over patient satisfaction.

Long appointment waits and long office waits. Great if you're retired and want to read the newspaper. But if you are a professional, you might find a physician with better respect of others time.

Every aspect of my encounter with Dr. Dennis and his practice was frustrating. n the end, he was unable to perform the necessary procedure and referred me to the Univ of Maryland. Then he billed my insurance $47,000. Insurance won't pay because it took Dennis' practice too long to submit the claim. ps if you sit in one of their exam rooms long enough (and you will, believe me) you will have the opportunity to hear juicy details about every other patient in the place. The staff gossips nonstop in the hallway. This place is,a unbelievable 2 times i have taken my son to his appt. First time set for 1 1/2 hours in waiting room than was told oh dr.running behind only knowing it because another person came in and i over heard the receptionists tell them.i said really you left everyone sit here this long and you couldnt say anything. i left without being seen.. second time after 1/2 hour got called back .set in room for 2 hours nurse kept peeking in your next.than all you hear is the gossip of the doctor and nurse talking about the patients privacy and knowing theres patients waiting .i finally said it was enough and ask are you done gossiping about other patients and than the doctor said give me few i will be with you while he walks away and goes chat again with the nurses about the patient before us. Not anything do medical ( laughing and putting there privacy out there) .i was going to find the patient and ask did you sign confidential privacy act paper here.if they talk about one patient like that .i certainly dont want my son health issues out there..2 hours of waiting Really .my son health wasn't important enough to be seen .i will never put my son through it again of ignorance of others not respect the privacy and the well being of others. Dr. Dennis performed a procedure to remove a kidney stone in me. He was very abrupt. When I asked for an xray to confirm the stone had not passed before the procedure, he was clearly irritated. When I had a question about an imaging study I had prior, he told me that wasn't why I was there. He told me I could pull my stent but when I went back to the office for follow up they told me I shouldn't have pulled it. The staf also refused to give me my mri order instead demanding they schedule it

He has the worst staff! I tried to reach a human being, but after 8 attempts I finally gave up. He is a good doctor, but needs to clean house in his office! Horrible experience!!!!
