The first time I went there was an argument between the doctor (not sure which one, couldnt see) and the scribe right in front of me about whether or not a measurement had been taken, he apologized but it was still unprofessional. I've also had my procedure rescheduled 4 times now due to conflicts in the doctor's schedule, if it happens again I'm going somewhere else. Dr. Droste is fantastic, thorough, and kind. Talks you through everything and answers all your questions. Very good with toddlers and super efficient at the tests to find out what he needs to know

Dr. Patrick is okay was his bed side manners. We did not have Dr. Droste today. I would of loved to have had Dr. Droste like usual. The helpers in the office can smile and be a little more polite. It’s not against the law to smile or introduce yourself when you come in the room. It sure would make the patients feel a lot more welcome and not a waste of time for them. It’s kind of ridiculous that I need to write that in a review. The Front desk is always nice and helpful. I recommend Dr. Droste if you come to this office. I would give 1 million stars if I could. After seeing another pediatric ophthalmologist who had misdiagnosed me for years causing me to lose a considerable amount of my vision. Dr. Droste diagnosed me with uveitis and cataracts. After surgery and his treatment he brought me back from being virtually blind to having partial vision. It’s been 13 years and I still think about this guy a lot. God most definitely works through this man no cap I would give 1 million stars if I could. Dr. Droste is amazing doctor and so are the front office girls and his assistants. As any place they can run behind, but if he's giving everyone the same time and care as he does my child, it's completely worth the wait. We drive two hours to go here and my child is high functioning autistic and has sensory processing disordered and Dr. Droste and staff just get it. They don't get frustrated when she's not having her good days and always keep their cool. Plus my child had eye surgery with Dr. Droste at Helen DeVoss and he shows the same amount of attentive there as well. Amazing doctor. He is very thorough. Explains conditions in simple understandable terms. Takes time to answer all our questions.

Dr Droste is a pediatric ophthalmologist and adult strabismologist. He was highly recommended. He was very thorough in his exam, he explained everything, he provided written information and answered all our questions. I see why he was so highly recommended.

You could not find a better place. The doctors are exceptional. They are literally the best in their field.

Quality of care over quantity of patients. The genuine care/bedside manner here is unmatched. Been going here since I was a kid. I see some people are complaining about the wait time, but you have to realize each patient is getting the time and attention they need.... which I'm finding this to be more and more rare these days. .... Excellent visit. Answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Had very strong recommendations to see him and it was worth it!

I showed up 20 minutes early for my daughter's appointment to make sure we had time for the inevitable forms that need to be filled out. Upon arrival I was told that I had cancelled the appointment. After explaining that I don't make a habit of attending appointments that I have cancelled, they agreed to see my daughter. After we had the initial check up and had her eyes dilated we proceeded to sit in the lobby for over an hour. When I finally asked the staff how much longer it will be they very sarcastically informed me that the doctor usually runs about 15 minutes behind schedule. How the heck is that acceptable? And how does 15 minutes behind = an hour +wait? Seriously bad patient service. They have no regard for people's time. We will see how long I sit here... The clock is still ticking. Horrible time manangement, plan on not being taken back at least 1/2 after your appt time! On the other end, Dr. Droste was great and answered all of my questions.

I would have given 5 stars mainly due to Dr. Droste himslef as he is pretty cool and knowledgeable guy. but may be 1 star for time management.. the clinic gets you in and it takes at least n hr till you finally get to see the doctor.

I absolutely love Dr. Droste.. He has helped with my son so much. He's such a nice warm doctor that gives it to you straight.. Only bad thing I have to say is that it take forever to be able to get in to see him... like a 6 month waiting period for appointments....

I understand that we all wait a long time to see Dr. Droste. But seriously, as one of the ONLY pediatric opthamologist in the GR area, be patient! Can you imagine trying to do these exams repeatedly on kids who may not always want to comply with what needs to happen? Yet, Dr. Droste is patient with each and every child that comes through there. I can easily see how exams run longer. Plus, he’s not just looking at your child’s eyes - he’s taking in all things developmental into consideration too! As an RN myself, I appreciate Dr. Droste and the time he has taken to evaluate our children. He truly cares! I understand that we all wait a long time to see Dr. Droste. Dr. Droste is an amazing doctor. My daughter is born blind and can never sit still or cooperate. Since she can't see she's always afraid. But dr. Droste and his assistant got her to sit so well and cooperate with everything. I didn't need to hold her down or anything. I was very surprised and impressed.
