Dr McElgunn and staff are great and I've had wonderful experiences at this practice. My only complaint is that I on average wait at least 15 and sometimes 45 minutes for my appointment. This is inconvenient since I also work and am scheduling time off to accommodate my appointments. Keep this in mind if you're scheduling appointments at the Ballantyne office. They are very busy.

None better. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. I've been seeing the doctor for many years. Very pleased with the entire staff! Highly recommend!

We love Dr. McElgunn… he is knowledgeable and kind. My six year old is always happy to go for his visit… he wants to be a dermatologist like Dr. McElgunn… we are lucky to have such a wonderful Doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. McElginn for about 6 years. I've been very pleased with him and his treatments. He is friendly although direct and business-like. I plan to continue with him and would recommend him.

Great and quick customer service. The Dr was great. I was nervous for the Vbeam but he talked me through it.

Dr. Mcelgunn is very personable and concise. I never feel rushed and each concern is addressed. If you are looking for a new doctor, stop searching - you’ll be in great hands here.

Saw Dr Mcelgunn and the appointment went smoothly as did check in. I arrived 10 minutes early. They took me to a room five minutes before my appointment time and the doctor came in within the next five minutes. Dr Mcelgunn is always very pleasant and personable, always engaging in conversation. Great "bedside manner" . Enjoy visiting with him and having him treat me. 15 minutes after my appointment time I was heading out the door, all finished. Great communicator and listener.

Quick but thorough check on lesions. Froze two of them. In and out in about ten minutes.

Highly recommend. He is nice and thorough and doesn’t try to rush to get you in and out.

I had started going bald on the frontal top, center top and over both sides of head over the ears. It has taken about 3 months but thanks to this great doctor my hair is growing back in, it might be slow but ar least I see progress and the balding is going away. I’ve been a patient of Dr. McElgunn for several years and he is the best! He is a fabulous dermatologist and continues to take care of whatever skin issues that I may be experiencing. The office is run very well, the MOAs are terrific, and my concerns are always addressed in a timely manner.

Ever visit we are greeted with great customer service. I’m a single mom so my little one have to tag alone with me. Dr. Patrick has never had a problem with it and makes my little one feel she is part of the visit. My teenager is happy with the outcome of the products she has been prescribed.

I have used Dr. McElgunn for a number of years now and he and his assistants have always been very professional, courteous, and on time.
