Had all my wisdom teeth extracted and the procedure went as smooth as it can be. I was nervous at first because I am having it removed as an adult but Dr. Scott and his team were amazing! No pain at all and Dr. Scott even called me that night to see how I was doing. Thank you for the amazing care and service!

Great friendly staff. Very prompt and professional. Very clear explanations of process and procedures.

Dr Patrick Scott’s office is placed on a HIGH recommendation list. The team is educated, organized and takes good care of their patients. Dr Scott explained everything to me at as a patient prior to completing any work. He also guided me through the process of a tooth extraction in order to keep me calm and feeling safe. Dr Scott called me hours after my tooth extraction to ensure I was good and having no issues at home. I did not even have to ask questions on insurance or coverage - all of that was explained to me at first interaction. Some offices will gouge money vs working with their patients. I wish this office was able to be my full time dentist for all work along with 6 month cleanings. I loved being there and that is not often something a patient of any medical practice would admit. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

i went into this appointment very scared and visibly upset. dr scott was rude and yelling at me at the consultation. when it came time to the actual procedure he was rude and disrespectful only actually caring that he got paid and the amount of other procedures he has today. i asked him a question, could not receive an answer because he has “8 other people and he can’t waste time on me”. i told him not to give me the iv yet and to let me relax for a second, to which he started just poking me and beginning on his own. that makes someone who was very scared and uncomfortable in the first place even more scared and uncomfortable. i would highly advise you go somewhere else

My son had his wisdom teeth removed last week. The staff were nice and the service was excellent! Dr. Patrick Scott was fantastic with my son and even personally called later that evening to check on how he was doing! Just an all around great place and an all around honest and great guy. He called a few hours after a procedure and made sure everything went alright even though it was a minor procedure. Office is very pleasent and very efficient. I never make time for reviews but this guy is an exception. Thanks!

Dr. Patrick Scott is the first and only name I think of with regards to oral surgery. Just had my second procedure completed at his office yesterday and am very happy with the results. Overall, it was a positive experience. He is very professional, does excellent work and is a kind gentleman. The office is also very clean and the office staff is very courteous. I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today and I’m so glad this is the place I went too! Dr Scott made me feel very comfortable from the start and I can tell hes been doing this for a long which made me feel even better with how informative and how he really knew what he was doing! Dr Scott and his staff were outstanding and made me feel at ease with the procedure. I went in not knowing what to expect as this was my first time getting teeth extracted but Dr Scott explained everything thoroughly before my surgery appointment and just was very pleasant. The day of the appointment was very smooth and was in and out with no complications. He even gave me a call later after to see how I was feeling. I definitely recommend his office! I have had major pain and issues after the procedure and they are saying to go to my primary and my primary says i need to see them cause they didn’t do the procedure and dr scott seemed to not want to deal with it.

If there were a -5 that’s what they deserve. This office is extremely rude and unprofessional. My son had a procedure scheduled they told me it was a quick procedure it would take 20 minutes. The day of the procedure my son showed up with his aunt and they refused service. They are stating the legal guardian needed to be there which was never explained to us I have the voice mail and paper work from them saved! I also told them I could leave work and be there in 10 minutes they refused stating his appointment was at 11 not 11:10 and now are staying we pay a $250 copay for not showing up which is completely wrong. I had all four of my wisdom teeth out a month ago, to date I am still in agonizing pain and cannot fully open my mouth. The day I went to get my wisdom teeth out I felt as though I was rushed in and out without any clear instruction on after care or follow up. A week later I still was in a world of pain so went back in. When I went in there was no explaining what was happening, the next thing I knew I was getting two dry sockets jammed with gauze and a terrible taste left from whatever med it was socked it. I asked for more Ibprofuen 600, which I was denied and rushed out (I realize 600s I can just double up on over the counter but when taking 4 times a day I thought it would be easier). A week later I went back to get the gauze removed and explained I was still in pain to which I was told I now have TMJ disorder, was given a pamphlet and told to follow up with my dentist. I have gone to my dentist who is now sending me to a new specialist because I have an infection and too much of one of my wisdom teeth were left in so basically I need another surgery. In closing I’d like to also add a friendly hello when walking in instead of “TAKE YOUR TEMPERATURE” by the front desk people wouldn’t hurt either. Very professional! Got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled at once and he got it done within 45 minutes! Explained everything to me and even called me that night to see how I was doing. Definitely recommend!

Dr Scott is fantastic! He took out my daughter's wisdom teeth. He followed up the evening after her surgery. When she had continued pain he got her in the next morning and fixed up her dry socket. When the packing partially came out on Friday night he quickly responded. He is so nice and personable. I highly recommend him.

This office is extremely rude and unprofessional. Went to south towns dental instead and had procedure done there. Highly recommend going to Southtowns dental instead their staff was polite and efficient.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE..... I was having an anxiety attack because I’ve never had surgery so I was crying and shaking a little he immediately started yelling at me and performing the surgery instead of trying to calm me down before beginning! I called the 3rd day to tell him I was in awful pain and I’m 99% positive I have a dry socket! He said he would call me in a scrip and see me in 2 days on a Monday.... I went to get the scrip it wasn’t there....when I called his emergency number and asked he told me he would see me Monday and hung up on me! NEVER EVER have I been around someone with such lack of feelings! I would have felt more safe and comfortable getting this procedure done by a monkey! Please anyone and everyone GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I have never had any kind of surgical procedure before this, and had tremendous anxiety going into it. Dr. Scott was recommended by a friend. I had two impacted wisdom teeth and needed all four out. He sent me home with meds and great post-op instructions, and I had 0 complications and a very easy recovery. He also called me the night of my surgery to check on me. Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done. 10/10 I have never had any kind of surgical procedure before this, and had tremendous anxiety going into it. Great experience! I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled, and I was super anxious about it! Patrick was amazing. Walked me through everything and talked about what he was doing as he did it! I will recommend him to everyone! Office staff was super friendly as well!

Dr. Scott was phenomenal from consultation to post surgery. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and and 2 molars removed at once. Evening of my surgery he personally called me at 8:30pm to check on me. That was completely unexpected, If you're in the southtowns and need oral surgery, I highly recommend him my experience with him (although very businesslike) was great start to finish.

Dr. Scott was professional, kind and explained my child’s post operative instructions. His office was clean and tidy. His office staff were friendly and the nurse took good care of my child as well. I appreciated that he called in the evening on the day of the surgery to check on my child. I would highly recommend Dr. Scott. My child is also doing well status post removal of all 4 wisdom teeth thanks to Dr. Scott.

Amazing Dr. He took both my kids wisdom teeth out and called that evening to follow up and check on them. Office staff was also great and very helpful !!

50 year old male wisdom tooth extraction (2), one very impacted. Dr Scott was a consummate professional, explaining the process, risks, and potential outcomes (not all good). He provided good aftercare instructions and his office followed up several times. My surgery went as explained with no complications and a great outcome. Negative reviews surprise me as they couldn't be more different than my experience.

Run, don't walk from Dr. Scott. Both my daughter and I ended up with dry sockets and infections after wisdom teeth removals. My daughter looked like a squirrel on steroids and he had no problem inflicting more pain to alleviate the infection via a drain. He's a butcher more interested in where his next skiing vacation is than his patients' well being. I can't figure why people like him.

Dr. Scott is all business and does not engage in small talk. His dental work is very good but I felt that my child was treated like a number. His office staff files suit to his demeanor and offers few smiles and little condolence for worried parents. When I called to ask for a work excuse for my child two days post wisdom teeth surgery I was told by Lorinda that NYS only allows the doctor to write patients out for the day of surgery. This one size fit's all mentality is inexcusable.

I went to Dr Scott on 3/4/2016 after a failed emergency tooth extraction (quite painful and tramatizing...there were numbing issues). I called at 8am right when they opened and explained the situation and they got me right in at 9! Let me just say if I ever need anymore extraction Dr Scott will be who I go to. He's very kind, patient, listens to my concerns and worries and he had me numbed and tooth extracted in under 30 min. No pain at all compared to night before. Thanks!

Doctor Scott took care of some extractions for our son Jacob today. It is a Friday. The procedure went smoothly and he was kind enough to call tonight to check on our son. His office staff was friendly, and the office is clean. His expertise and bedside manner are highly commendable . Thank you Doctor Scott

Exceeded all my expectations. Called with an emergency and they were able to fit me. Dentist was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly skillful. Procedure was remarkably quick and painless. Would definitely recommend him.
