I was sent by my work due to an injury while working. On both knees at different times.After doing all the preliminary stuff, heat,ice pack, shots. It was determined that I needed arthroscopic surgery. With little success on either knees. After knees got too bad and too painful it was decided to have a total knee replacement. First on the right one, then later on the left knee. I was very skeptical because the first surgeries didn’t work that well for me. After the total knee replacement my life completely changed. I walked up straight again, didn’t limp or brag my leg anymore, I walked normal, my back pain went away. A year and a half later I joined a gym and started to work out. Terrible. Was referred by my dr for a shoulder issue to Dr. Zeitz and see he specializes in knees and legs. Could explain my extreme bruising that I didn't have on other shoulder by other surgeon few yrs before for same issue. He told my daughter after surgery my heart rate or blood pressure had dropped and had to pause but when I asked to clarify in 1st post-op visit he had no idea. Never knew who I was in appts, didn't look at record or x-rays before appts etc. At first post-op visit asked to put my arms straight up which I did and he was elated. Could do that before (!), reminded him issue was not being able to lift up to side! Have no confidence in him and informed my dr so he won't refer anyone else to him.

This is a very friendly office . They all treat you in a way that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. You're not just a number. I also like the parking. It's close to their door, and no ramps or fees.

Dr Zietz got me back into the game after shoulder surgery in December – I was able to compete at a 2-mile open water swim 8 months later!

I had a torn meniscus that was bothering me for a few years. Dr. Zeitz was very friendly & professional and gave me a few options. I decided to have my knee scoped. It's been a year since the surgery and it feels great. I highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with Dr Zietz and his office. His is very to the point as well as thorough. When a treatment option was discussed that he personally hasn't performed he referred me to a very good physician that did perform that treatment. Thanks to his willingness to put his ego aside and look into a treatment option he himself does not perform, as well as sending me to a different doctor I am healed. Dr. Zietz did my mother in laws knee replacement surgery. He was very informative before the procedure, and answered any questions we had before and after. Both Dr. Zietz and his staff were very friendly. My mother in laws procedure went so well that she was only on Tylenol when she left the hospital 2 days after her knee replacement. I had a wonderful experience with my total knee replacement. Would recommend Dr. Zietz to everyone who needs a great surgeon

Dr. Zietz has cared for me for over a decade. Following his conservative advice, after 8 years I finally decided to have both knees replaced. He recommended pre surgical physical therapy, which did much to prepare me for recovery. Both knees replaced during the same operation (2nd knee managed by his partner, Dr. Roberts). 12 weeks out, I am pain free, hiking 4-5 miles each day, bike riding, and sleeping without any discomfort. Very caring, explains everything that you have questions concerning your problems. Very thorough and does not rush you with your appointment.

I have raved about Dr. Zietz to everyone. My knee surgery went very well and I've gained back my quality of life. The pre/post appointments were informative; he and his staff made everything very easy and comfortable.

Dr. Zietz was strongly recommended by my former orthopedic surgeon who retired. I am very pleased with Dr. Zietz's professionalism, concern for my problem, and the ensuing care he has given me. I feel that he is giving me his utmost attention, and I totally trust his diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Zietz and the entire office staff was very professional and courteous with any question or need that I had.

I have to edit my original survey as Dr. Zietz did not do my wife's carpal tunnel surgery. He did do an excellent job on her knees.

Dr. Zietz is not only talented, educated & experienced: he is a nice Dr. Nice does matter! Dr. Zietz takes the time to explain what he sees on your images -- he fixes it and thoroughly explains what he did to correct the problem!! He' s kind and caring and that goes a long way when you're in pain!

Dr. Zietz is a very experienced Orthopedic Dr. He took care of my husband a few years ago and even helped him to give up cigarettes. We just saw him once again for an ankle injury on myself and he was still as fabulous as ever. Very competent and caring.

Dr. Zietz is compassionate and looks out for the patients best interest. I highly recommend him for surgery and trust his decisions. The office staff is amazing and always friendly.

I was a first time patient referred by a friend. My friend had not had surgery since 2008. I told him I was referred by him. He knew and remember he and his wife and surgery was done in 2008 and thanked me for letting him know. The resident and Dr. Zietz were outstanding. I canceled another appt recommend by my primary physician to go to him via a friend. I am blessed. He is a kind and very humble man. His staff is outstanding. I wish I could have given more than 5.

I would highly recommend Dr Patrick Zietz. Very caring - did an awesome job fixing my mess in my shoulder. Takes time to explain so I could understand, at the beginning I am the type just fix it spare the details.... Afterwards, okay now tell me all about... Then he had to tell me again... I took a list of questions to my appointment and he answers them. Great bedside manner and very talented!!! I am so glad we chose him....

He has excellent technical skills, but terrible inter personal skills. I would recommend you find a doctor, somewhere else.

Dr. Zietz is one of the most caring, personable and thorough doctors I've ever had. He explains every step of the procedure and takes time to make sure you understand everything. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic assistance. He is wonderful!

Dr. Zietz is personable - always taking the time to get to know the patient and determine what's the best course for treatment, how do you want to proceed, and what you're able and willing to do to recover as best you can.
