Didn't give me a copy of my files after I requested them. Nor did they fit my glasses for me and they broke.

This place has bad customer service. The receptionists are very rude and seem overwhelmed with patients/customers. They act like they don’t wanna deal with people. I chose this place because it was so close to my house, but the service is horrible. They cancelled my appointment because they said I had kaiser but the receptionist failed to use my insurance card probably because she was lazy she only searched my coverage by name and birthdate. I asked her to please check my insurance card and she did and it went through and I was approved for service. It was very annoying to deal with. Worst place to go. its was a good experince and the service was nice

The receptionist, Patty, is horrible and rude. A woman came in to get her friend's daughter's glasses repaired for her and as the lady explained that she just needed a repair, Patty (in a very loud and snappy tone said "but she just got them", mind you this poor lady knew only to come and bring them in for a repair, nothing else. The customer stood their shocked as Patty then sighed and demanded for that little girl's information repeating over and over again how "she had just gott(en) them. Why were they broken already, she just got them". All the time she was asking her questions, she was rude and snappy. Like if it pained her to gather information. I have three issues with this: One-this little girl whose glasses were being brought in, was 12. She is a kid, they're gonna break. I was 4 when I started wearing them and they broke ALL THE TIME. This lady has no business demanding answers as to why they're about to make money in repairs, it dosent come out of her pocket. Two- This woman is NOT that little girl's mother. By policy, if the little girl isnt there and neither is a parent or guardian, then it is against the law for you to be giving out information of any kind to some random lady off the street. I could walk up in here and say whatever I want and get all kids of info from Patty. Beware! Three-i called just before I came in...she has TERRIBLE PHONE ETTIQUETTE. She sounds annoyed over the phone, she sounds like it's so hard for her to answer some questions (do her job!!!). Lastly, to tie this in all together, I came in as a walk-in and got a sheet to fill in my new patient info, she asked for my picture I.D. and insurance and as I handed it over, she laughed at my biological name. I won't say what it is, but i have gotten plenty of laughs at it before, but from a PROFESSIONAL person IN A PROFFESIONAL SETTING?? UNNACCEPTABLE. I will not be coming back to this place. Patients are seen very fast. I used to work in opthalmology. They test your eyes and don't give you the results unless you ask. I have contacts already in my eyes due to cataracts and they still wanted to sell me glasses when I don't need them. 1 hour wasted time. They make their money on selling glasses.
