Back in 2009 Dr. Bell diagnosed me with thyroid and lymph node cancer. I’ve been under his care since that time and can’t say enough about this doctor that saved my life! Doctor Bell and his staff are outstanding!

When he came into the room he had already reviewed my chart from my regular ent they are affiliated same multigroup passed the scope in my nose said yes you do have a sinus infection he was very kind. Called in antibiotic The whole experience even the front desk was very kind the office itself needs some refurbishing but thats about all

Dr Bell was a time. He didn’t rush me. Did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. My only issue would be the front desk/reception area. This is my second time in the office. While checking in and out the ladies at the front desk were unprofessional and rude. Today I was told to wait for a referral to print out. That I would be called when it was ready. After 20 minutes I asked them to check. The woman cursed and then went and found it in the bottom of the printer with several other documents on top of it. While I was being checked in the women was eating her breakfast. I couldn’t understand what she was saying because she was chewing. Very poor first impression the front desk is giving. Both doctors I have seen here were great. It’s unfortunate that the people representing the office when you walk in ruin it.

Dr. Bell remembered my son and I, although it had been several years my son saw him. I liked that he took his time to listen and I never felt rushed. He was patient and engaging with my son. He was clear in sharing his medical opinion, explaining course of treatment, and he took his time to answer my questions.

My son is traumatized, couldn't sleep last night because of what the doctor said. He could have found a way to speak to me privately. He needs a second opinion as well as allergy testing and more "comprehensive testing" none was ordered.
