office completely ignores phone calls, lets it ring out to voicemail

I had to try to get an appointment with the doctor and the staff is so obtuse that I ended quiteing and looking for another doctor

Awesome doctor, spends time with you answering all your questions and the staff is fantastic, sweet and very helpful.

I was very happy with Dr Calisse. Inge is very smart and spent the time with my father which is a complex case.

Staff is Excellent!! Always helpful, kind and caring. Dr. Calise is AMAZING! Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He always explains everything so you can understand and makes you feel comfortable about your diagnosis. I would recommend him to family and friends. This office is horrible. The doctor was very friendly but I don't feel like he really explored the problem I was coming to him for (migraines). He told me that I have migraines and wrote me the same prescription I've been taking for 15 years. The doctor isn't even what drove me to write this review. It was his horrible office staff. The only woman in the office who deals with insurances and medication, Jennifer, was always extremely rude claiming it wasn't her job to help me. Don't go here.

Excellent Doctor he takes his time with you, very compassionate, I have spent many years with him, now my dad goes to him, and is very happy. I am now going to recommend my daughter to go there. I would highly recommend Dr. Paul Calise to anyone who may need any help in Nerology.

Staff is horrible. States to patient I really don't care and hangs the phone up. Too busy to deal with a patient's concern? Stay away....

I was referred to Dr Cali from my primary, this appointment was for my sis in law who resides in Pennsylvania. We flew her in and I made an appointment for her one month ahead of time. Upon Tara's arrival I called the week before to confirm this urgent appointment only to find out they never put it in there system. After fitting her in a different day she finally was able to see Dr. Calisi. After MRI's and several other tests we were told she was having mini seizures in her brain and given medication. The staff at this office was outright rude and uncaring. Tara will be flying back to Pennsylvania tomorrow and placed several phone calls to this office to speak with the doctor these calls were never returned. We finally called back again today and was treated rudely again by one of his staff and she refused to put the doctor on the phone. We were so angry and needless to say Tara was stressed beyond belief. We had no choice but to request her medical records and when Tara got to the office not a word was said they actually pointed to the paper work instead of handing it to her. I have been in Vets offices for my animals and was treated with respect, caring and dignity. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE OR SEND ANY OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS THERE. I ALSO WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE AMERICAN BOARD OF MEDICINE. It's sad when your family member is sick and an office treated you in this most despicable manner.
