Office Manager has been exceptionally rude on a few occasions and doctor does not seem to care or wish to address this ongoing problem. Rather than dealing with his staffing issue he has invited me to find another provider. There is definitely much better care to be found.

I find Dr Copeland an extraordinary individual. I feel comfortable bringing my child to his office and also having the ability to have phone appts and Skype appts. Dr. Copeland has helped our son grow and prosper. Dr. Copeland listens to my concerns and together we develop an appropriate regimen to help my sons daily needs. If I bring Dr. Copeland an article ...research on a specific medical issue relating to my son he will read it which most Drs. Not a fan of this guy. He was my doctor during my high school years which was the worst part of my life so far. I suffered from body dysmorphic disorder, major depression, and moderate agoraphobia. Throughout this time he routinely gave instruction to my parents to punish me for not being able to leave the house due to BDD. This entailed taking away anything that brought me joy at home so that I would be “encouraged” to leave the house. Of course it didn’t then and I just ended up more focused on my perceived flaws and increased suicidal thoughts. Anyway after two years of hell my life only got better when my parents stopped taking his advice and I was able to see my psychologist again, who he told my parents I should stop seeing because he taught me bad habits which still makes my blood boil till this day. Now writing this after being out of high school for year I still don’t know if this guy was just a bad doctor or he just doesn’t know how to help patients with BDD.
