I had work done while out of the country and they dropped me as a patient for seeing another Dr. Nothing to do with there care. Totally unprofessional.

I have had the same dentist for 37 so finding a new one is daunting. I did my research, I found Dr. Beck and was very happy with my apt. She is extremly honest, listened to my concerns and has a very pleasant demeanor. I am happy to say she is my new dentist from here on out. The rest of the staff is great too.

Dr.Beck is always so gentle with me, she knows I have a fear of Dentists. She is always checking with me to make everything is OK and nothing hurts. I appreciate her and her staff very much.

Best dentist in Madison!

Very professional, yet they certainly go out of their way to show they care about you and your comfort. They always take as much time as necessary to explain any treatment options you might need and that you clearly understand them. I highly recommend them for any prosthetic dental treatments you might need.

Based on an initial consultation, my husband was scheduled this morning for impressions for a partial denture. After reviewing the impressions, Dr Estrella told us that her initial assessment would not work. She discussed several other options As we were discussing these options, Dr Estrella informed us that our appointment was over and that we would have to reschedule. She walked away from us. Dr Beck really helped addressed an issue I had with a missed handled implant done somewhere else. Since then she and her staff have been very thorough and proactive on potential issues. Their COVID protocols also give me confidence in safety at my visits.

Dr. Beck & Jody her assistant are the best if you need any dental care. They are continually checking in with you the patient to see how you are feeling during the procedure(s) & you can trust that they are doing an excellent job all while having fun, if you can imagine that in a dentists’ chair? I had a most wonderful experience with Dr. Kelly Beck. She was attentive, concerned with minute details and always concerned about my comfort. She has a wonderful staff. The whole occurrence was much easier than I had anticipated. I am extremely happy with the results!

Paul Correll only practicers Tuesday mornings. Scheduling/follow-up difficult. Office staff is uncooperative/He is abrupt. My Mother suffered pain. bleeding, inability to eat for almost 2 years while he created upper dentures. When she lost teeth on the bottom of her mouth, he wrapped her existing denture with goo that was unaesthetic and did not allow her to chew. The denture was loose and kept sliding out. He billed us and her insurance company for creating/adding 2 teeth, which he did not do.

I tried to get information to see if MetLife would pay for an exam. The receptionist, laura, said they are not in MetLife's network, and had no way to contact MetLife. I called Met and was told that the dentist could contact them. I called Dr Correll's office and cancelled my appointment because of the incompetence of the staff - That she gave me misinformation and was not helpful in the least.
