Dr. Paul Dittes took care of me in the ED, he was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner. He explained things to me without using medical jargon.

Walked in and first thing out of Dr. Dittes mouth was something in response to something I said to a nurse earlier which clearly was passed along and completely misinterpreted. As I never threatened Wilton Medical. All I'd said was that "at this point it feels like medical malpractice" Dr Dittes refused to treat me due to the fact I refused to give a urine sample. Wanted to get a CT scan with reasonable ongoing symptoms including abdominal pains that validate to do such. I explained my symptoms and he agreed to do a CT scan. Though it was never gotten to, because then he asked me to do a urinalysis and I refused. This he made a HUGE DEAL out of, when I have no symptoms which validated a urinalysis WHEN I ALSO HAD ONE ONLY A WEEK AGO. Explained I've been being mistreated repeatedly by the local urgent cares and looking for correct medical evaluation/tests which is a very frustrating and a terrifying predicament to be in when all you are looking for is a diagnosis to issues which ARE PRESENT. Meanwhile he's holding the door wide open, repeating things supposed to be under confidentiality policy plus defaming my character in front of the other staff. Left in a fury and got his name on the way out. Taken to Emergency Room by EMS for heart attack symptoms. NO DOCTOR, NURSE, OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT AVAILABLE TO CARE FOR ME AT SARATOGA HOSPITAL ER!!! WHAAAATTT??? I WAS BROUGHT IN BY EMS, AS A LEVEL 5 SUSPECTED HEART ATTACK SITUATION!!! The HIGHEST LEVEL EMPLOYEE WHO "CARED" for me, was a TECHNICIAN, as he introduced himself to me!!! The TECHNICIAN MISDIAGNOSED ME AND PAUL DITTES, MD, SIGNED OFF AS THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN! THE DICTATING MD, WAS MICHAEL MURPHY MD. SHAME ON YOU SARATOGA HOSPITAL AND BOTH DR. DITTES AND DR. MURPHY! Where were you when your technician POKED me in the sternum hard and gave me the MIS-DIAGNOAIS of CHEST WALL PAIN???!!! YOU BOTH SIGNED OFF ON AN ED PHYSICIAN ASSESSMENT, WHERE A TECHNICIAN MASQUERADED AS A DOCTOR, AND COMPLETELY GOT THE DIAGNOSIS WRONG!!! SARATOGA HOSPITAL BILLED ME IN FULL FOR THE EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT!!! HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL??? THEY WANT ME TO SIGN UP FOR NY FINANCIAL AID, AND HAVE NY TAXPAYERS PAY FOR MY PART OF THE BILL, IN FULL!
