I've been suffering from reflux for years until I started going to Dr. Kleidermacher. I never feel rushed because he takes his time to explain your issues. He is very knowledgeable and his recommendations are always helpful. He's kind and professional and is concern for your health and healing. THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Paul kleidermacher for an ear infection, I made an appointment at 1:30. I arrived 15 before my appointment because I was a new patient at the office so I knew I had to fill out some documents, Even though I arrived 15 minutes beforeThey didn’t take me into a room until 2:20 PM, No other patients were waiting in the waiting room and no other patients were being attended. Once they finally took me in I spent another 30 minutes waiting the doctor came in asked me the same questions the nurse had, and then checked my ear told me that I had an infection and a little cerumen accumulated inside. He removed the cerumen and just left it on the table. Prescribed me a few drops for the infection and left. Didn’t explain what the drops were for or how long I should use them. I went to reception and had to ask all the remaining information myself. The girl told me that I had to make another appointment for next week and to take the drops like the pharmacy said. Why the service bothered me? 1. I had to wait more than 2 hours for my appointment and I was 5 minutes with the doc. 2. I had to pay $147 for the appointment and then an additional $130 just for the removal of the cerumen. 3. The drops he prescribed me were $280 and also a tonal audiometry of $550. 4. The doctor’s priority seemed like money, not people. The mood was horrible in this office, I felt like a number, I did not feel comfortable. The doctor tried to do everything fast no matter how I felt, if you are thinking of going to that place KEEP AWAY. Patients are just a number that they can charge for insurance. Excellent Doctor

Dr. Kleidermacher is the kind of doctor you wish for. He takes the time to explain to you why things are or are not working. He inspires such trustworthiness with his actions that I told him flat out 'Doc. you can sell an igloo to an Esquimal'. I am following his instructions and so far everything is working out fine.

Very good experience. Dr. Kleidermacher is very caring and thorough. Office staff all very nice. As a new patient, was treated and done in 1 1/2 hours. This included nasal scoping procedure.

My experience with Dr. Kleidermarcher was not good. After one hour after the appointment the Dr's Office could not say when could I be seen. One patient was waiting for 2 hours and had no idea when she could be seen. Dr. Kleidmarcher overbooks his schedule and ignores the time of his patients. If you have an entire afternoon to see a Dr. this may be a good choice otherwise look for someone that treats with dignity and respect.

Terrible scheduling. For just wax removal had to wait 1 hour, twice. Today left and told theni was not coming back. Also office personal between inept and not caring for anything. Requested my records several times to not avail.

Dr. Kleidermacher is very professional and caring, my daughter has been visiting his office for over a year and the times I have gone, I have never have had an issue. His staff are very attentive and friendly, I definitely recommend Dr. Kleidmarcher if you are looking for a great ENT doctor.

I recently was operated for sinusitis and polyps surgery by Dr. Paul Kleidermacher. I am so glad I found this excellent Dr. who was so careful and did such a great job. I felt great immediately after the surgery. I can breath and enjoy every day of my life, thanks to Dr. Kleidermacher. I would recommend him to all.

Dr. Kleidermacher operated my 3 year old and I could not thank him enough. He was so gentle to my little one during her appointments and answered all the questions I had. I was so nervous about having surgery done on her but he made me feel so comfortable and it was the best decision I have made to see him. Highly recommend him!

I cannot write enough great things about Dr. Kleidermacher. In addition to being an incredible diagnostic, he is compassionate and caring. He takes his time during the appointment to listen. He has always identified and treated my illnesses successfully. He is the doctor for several members of my family and we all have only positive things to say about him.

The rudest , inefficient office staff of any Doctors office I have ever been to. Plan on waiting anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours from your scheduled time of appointed. I'm sure they purposely overbook since they have no consideration of your time . Also after seeing the Doctor for almost 2 years ( I really can't understand why I subjected myself to this for so long) , I had a serious issue and problem with getting my sublingual drops and asked for the Doctor to call me that day , after 3 days of calling and still no call I realized it was definitely time to find a new allergist. Dr. Paul Kleidermacher performed 3 nose surgeries for me. I had a deviated septum, sinus infection, and swollen turbinates. He executed the surgery beautifully and my nose hasn't never felt this good. My experience with him and the office was extraordinary and would recommend to anyone interested in a nose surgery.

Dr. Kleidermacher is a wonderful doctor. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. I have a friend in Weston who would like to see him but she is having some trouble driving recently so she can't drive to Aventura but would definitely like to see him. I will continue to see him. He is solving all my issues with acid reflux. I was also tested in his practice by a Audiologist who is also a doctor. I feel the level of care I receive is top notch!

First and foremost, I have had ENT problems since my teenage years and, having had seen multiple physicians within many, many years, Dr. Kleidermacher is by far the best. No other physician could tackle my intractable infections. Excellent care, professionalism, not only by him but by the entire staff (nurse, audiology, and general staff). I am highly recommending this practice to whoever is looking for the best in care!

Most disgusting customer service experience I've ever received. The front staff specifically office manager & Dr. Kladeimacher's secretary were very nasty to my husband & I. They refused to see my son due to negligence on their behalf. No one there is knowledgeable & require more training in the field. They continued to tell me that my son didn't have insurance when he did & I had every single document to prove it. Even the supervisor from my insurance company was willing to talk to the staff & confirm that we have insurance. They refused the help from an experienced insurance agent to correct the issue in their system. Instead they continued to hang up on me & disrespect me because they didn't want to face the fact that they were wrong all alone. Instead of helping my 4 year old son who was in desperate/urgent need of seeing the doctor, they just brushed him off even with proof of referral & insurance coming up in their system. I do not know how much to stress the issue that these ppl are very unprofessional & nasty even Dr. Kleidermacher who not to mention did not do a good job with my son's surgery. In fact my 4 year old son needs to have a SECOND surgery to furthermore correct what was supposed to be done the first time. In other words, we would have never been in this situation if everything would have gone well with the first surgery. *In the end this is not about the day of work we lost and the embarrassment of being called out about insurance which they know we have. Amazing doctor. Great bedside manners, very patient, professional, caring, knowledgeable, and has a friendly/professional staff. Dr. Kleidermacher has been treating my son for many years. He did an Adenoidectomy on him a year ago and it went very well. Before the surgery, he would snore like a sailor and would always have his mouth open when breathing. I originally had given Dr. Kleidermacher a bad rating based on his horrible Coral Gables staff, but after seeing how kind and gentle he was to my son, at his Aventura office, it wasn't really fair to leave him a bad rating, so I'm modifying what I wrote in favor of him. I HAD A SINUS INFECTION REALLY BAD FOR YEARS DOCTOR CURED ME AND I FEEL GREAT I TRULY RECOMMEND THE DOCTOR VERY NICE AND PATIENCE AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING BY DETAIL. LOVE THE STAFF REALLY NICE.

On my initial visit with M.D. i FOUND HIM A BIT IMPATIENT WITH ALLOWING ME TIME TO RELAX FOR scope to be done. It was my first time having this scope done. I know he has done this procedure a million times; so it is easy for him to say relax. I had been having trouble swallowing, so relaxing for M.D. TO PLACE A TUBE DOWN MY NASAL PASSAGES TO MY THROAT WASN'T EASY. He was just to hasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On my return visit I informed him of this and since then HE HAS A MORE EMPATHIC APPROACH.

This was thee worst doctor I have ever encountered. The wait time is horrible. I had to wait over an hour both times (with appointments). This doctor was dismissive, negative, and uncompassionate. My grandma has stage 4 cancer and all he said was sorry there's no cure and its advancing quickly. Call us if you need anything luckily we didn't stop treatment. 4 weeks later, her chemo Dr called to let me know she's responding to the treatment and she is doing great! thank God

Total waste of time.Depressing building and annoying paperwork. I refused to sign the arbitration agreement when I filled out the papers, so they kept my insurance card and DL and checked me in 40 mins later then gave me the same Arbitration paper to sign which I refused again, so they said if I didn't sign it, the doctor wouldn't see me. I got mad and left.They could have told me so 40 mins earlier instead of wasting my time. They were the arbiter on that stupid form, and THAT got me VERY concerned. Dr. Kleidermacher is an excellent doctor! My husband could not hear at all out of one ear. Dr. Kleidermacher said he was deaf in that ear. He did not give up and my husband now has full hearing in his ear. He was very professional and takes time to hear what is really going on with you. Excellent doctor. Initially my mom had an appointment with another doctor in the same office but something happened and so she got changed to this doctor. The office is inside a building that is easy to find. If you are coming from 8th Street and turn into Ponce De Leon Blvd, the building will be on your right hand side. You can park on the street or in their compact garage; either option requires you to pay for parking. I think parking fee was $2 to $5 in the garage, can't remember. Cash only. They have someone at the entrance collecting the payment so have it ready before you enter. The building may have elevators but I've only seen stairs so that's what we use. The waiting room is a spacious medium size with a coffee table in the middle scattered with magazines. Chairs are lined against three sides of the room with a large floor-to-ceiling window on one side covered in a white lace curtain facing a street. I think there was also a large television near the door for your entertainment. Overall a very nice, comfortable and clean-feeling waiting room. The staff seemed knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. We waited for maybe 20 minutes before we were called into the private patient room to wait for the doctor. The private patient room also had a window that overlooked a street so there was ambient light in the room, which was very nice. The room was small but clean and I guess sufficient. We waited perhaps another 15 minutes before the doctor appeared. He came off as a very warm and kind person; knowledgeable and patient as well. He took his time in asking about my mom's symptoms and problems to get an understanding and patiently waits for the answer as I translate it. I never felt rushed to end the visit quickly. What impressed me the most was that he can speak perfect Spanish even though he looked like someone who only speaks English. He speaks in a gentle, slow manner and explains things if you don't understand. He works well with children as well seeing as he has them as patients too. His office hours are limited to half a day for two days in his Coral Gables office. He has a sense of humor too. At surgery time, my mom was asked to confirm her doctor's name but she couldn't remember so she only pointed at him. He acted sad that she couldn't remember his name and the surgical assistant defended and said it was because his last name was long and was probably hard to remember.
