I would give a 10 star rating if I could. I have seen Dr. Marchetto for various sports related injuries for about 30 years and he is hands down the best physician I have been fortunate enough to have helped me. World class ability and a genuine, kind and decent human being. You simply cannot ask for more.

My 12 year old daughter dislocated her knee cap and we later discovered she needed full ligament replacement surgery. Dr. Marchetto and his team made not only myself, but my daughter feel comfortable through out the entire procedure. His knowledge and bedside manner were exceptional

1st visit was great. Follow up was disappointing. Dismissive and left me without rx for PT and work papers. Dismissing my livelihood is unacceptable. Professional drivers and landscapers deserve same treatment as NFL players. My insurance company and my wallet are paying for 5 star service.

I was first a patient of Dr Marchetto when I was in High School in South Jersey in 1996. I had a condrial lession tear of tibia platuo which is uncommonly encountered. Dr Marchetto asked if he could use my films from surgery for teaching since my injury was so uncommon. My initial diagnosis was for a Medial Meniscus tear which was TOTAL different after he went in to perform the surgery. He was simply AMAZING with my rare injury and repaired it by drilling holes in my tibia bone to create blood channels and a bleeding effect. Well after 18 months of rehab I began refereeing professional soccer again. I followed Dr Marchetto wherever life took him. He also did my knee surgery on my right knee. He is simply one of the single greatest Doctors I have been a privilege to be a patient of. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Even if you have to wait a little while to see him he is well worth the wait.

I am blessed to have Dr Paul Marchetto help with my well worn 60 year old body. Motocross racing, skiing, mountain biking, and working as a practicing arborist for 45 years has taken a heavy toll on me. Dr. Marchetto’s expertise and methodical approach keeps me running strong! As a medical professional I can say he was very thorough as well as his fellow answered all my questions and also did the appropriate treatment. Dr Marchetto was just the doctor this Mom needed for her son. My son was in pain and scared and frankly I was scared of the idea of him having surgery. Dr Marchetto was wonderful informative and made us both feel confident that my son would be better. His knee surgery was a great success.

Dr. Marchetto is attentive caring and a true professional. I recently had surgery and every step of the way I felt cared about and not just another patient. While time will tell how the surgery helped my quality of life I can say thus far he has been excellent.

The experience was better than anyone would have expected. Dr. Marcetto dud an amazing job of repairing my meniscus. In one week i was walking better than i have for months.

He is wonderful

I completely tore my patella tendon playing basketball and my knee cap was actually detached. Dr. Marchetto did an incredible job in reconstructing my knee. I am now walking without any pain and I am grateful for Dr. Marchetto and his staff. His assistant, Dr. Chris Hart, was also a tremendous help in my recovery. I highly recommend them. Dr. Marchetto is the premier orthopedic sports medicine doctor in the Philadelphia area. I would recommend him to anyone. I have seen him on multiple occasions over the last 15 years and have been extremely satisfied with every outcome. My most recent surgery was extensive and he was precise on every account of my rehab time and progress. I would not go to anyone else in this area but him.

I was a patient of Dr. Marchetto for a torn LCL and PCL. He repaired my knee wonderfully, and very happily helped me through the recovery process. I recovered greatly, and now playing College baseball. He is a great guy and really cares about the patient. I am glad he was my surgeon.
