From the moment you walk in you are welcomed as if you have known Barbi and Dr. Ruggiano for years. From my five-year-old to my 14-year-old he handles the kids with care and teaches them the importance of good posture and gently gives them their adjustments. I started going to the clinic 10 months ago with lower back pain related to running (I was preparing for my first half marathon). Since then, I've been doing adjustments with Paul Ruggiano with incredible results! Not only we solved my lower back pain issue, but I was able to understand and correct some unbalances I had in my posture and running skills, which made a more efficient runner. Today was my first visit and was really impressed on the doctor's dedication and passion for his job. Dr. R is great. They always have availability and the service is excellent. I switched insurance providers about 4 years ago so he's no longer in network, but I continue to come because it's so difficult to find this degree of quality.

With in a month of working at Brickell Family Chiropractic I fell on my coccyx while starting to roller skate. Ouch!!!
