I had to call and cancel an appointment I had because of some difficulties and the lady who answered was one of the most rudest people i have ever talked to and I work in customer service so that's saying something. Instead of helping me fix a problem THEY wrote down she continued to have an attitude and then rudly hung up on me. Never will I ever go back!!!!!

He pulled my wisdom tooth and I die t even know it was out excellent dentist.

He was so gentle and kind. I wish I had him as a little girl when dentist scared me to death. His staff was fabulous getting me in as an emergency on New Year’s Eve. No pain and no champagne

Dr Smith is the best oral surgeon you’ll probably find in this state. I expected my face to be extremely swollen & bruised but Dr Smith removed the impacted teeth so gently that I was able to attend a wedding 3 days later without anyone noticing any difference in my face. When I mentioned why I couldn’t eat certain foods, a few people asked for the name of my oral surgeon & told me horror stories about having to take time off work to heal after the same procedure with another doctor. I took one pain pill per day, before bed when the throbbing was noticeable. Other than that I was fine by the next day. Dr Smith is the best oral surgeon you’ll probably find in this state. My experience with Dr. Smith has been exceptionally caring and very professional, my only complaint is that the receptionist need’s to adjust her attitude towards clients.

Look, I almost never review places unless my experience was remarkably annoying. My appointment was at 4pm, I walked out at 5:30pm. Zero communication from the staff. I love him! He is so nice and knows what he is doing! I would not go to anyone other than him for major mouth surgeries.

Greatest Doctor ever

Dr smith has me lost for words i struggled with 3 wisdom teeth for long time the staff was amazing and dr paul was like a angel sent from haven so kind and loyal i fully recomand him and 5 stars dont cut it i give him 100 i go back tuesday to get stichs removed cant wait to give him a thank you card

I was referred to painless Paul after my regular dentist performed a root canal and actually broke t he root of my tooth. I went to painless Paul to have the tooth extracted as well as the root removed deep in my gums. He did this pain free. He is very gentle and caring.

I was referred to Dr. Smith several years ago for tooth extraction. My visit went well and was painless. Recently my 100 year old mother was referred for extractions. He extracted 9 teeth in two sessions . She and I both agree that he is the best!

Saw Dr. Smith several times. Each time was a great experience most importantly to me pain free experience?? He's great at his profession. Great staff and comfortable environment. Did I mention he even saw me on a Sunday. To accommodate me

They call him painless paul for a good reason. I appreciate the aftercare and the home checkup after my procedure! Excellent DDS.

Nice staff but the office needs to be renovated

I was referred to Dr. Smith by my dentist. He may be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but the office receptionist was so rude and uncaring that I left. All she wanted was money and had no concern for the pain I was in. This is a "ghetto" practice, shabby and dirty. I would not take my dog there. Good news is there are many other fine oral surgeons in the area. Good riddance to this bad practice. Caveat Emptor with these guys.

Reading the reviews I must say that some people need to be ashamed of themselves for leaving such bad reviews for whatever hateful reasons. The staff is kind and warm, you notice right away that they are working! Yes, I can believe that they "may" have a 2 month waiting list because they are that good. The office being dirty and nasty is a lie, it has a 1970s decor but its not dirty and yes the plants are healthy and green. Now about Dr. Smith he is awesome, knows his job PAINLESS PAUL fits him.

Dr. Paul Smith is excellent at what he does, but the receptionist customer service is completely unacceptable. If you don't like what you do find another job, but what I won't accept is disrespectful service if I'm spending my hard earned money. I was scheduled to have four impacted wisdom teeth removed, unfortunately due to awful customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I would advise Dr.Smith to hire staff that reflects his level of professionalism.

Excellent chair side manner, procedure was painless. I have had no side affects everything healed nicely. Would recommend him highly to everyone.
