I highly recommend Dr.Paula. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and she makes it a mission to fix the root cause of an issue, naturally!

Dr. Ruffin takes the time to explain what’s going on with your body and how her treatments will get you back in your feet. She has the knowledge and skill to address virtually any problem. I highly recommend her.

From a young adolescent to adulthood Dr. Paula has been helping me for years. She has helped me recover from many injuries and guided me in the right direction. I highly recommend her. She is truly caring, patient and supportive. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Paula.

Dr Paula is not a good person. She does not stand by her patients. My Father who has seen her since 2001 asked her to write him letter about his care so he could get disability. (He was diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer and has been dealing with terrible back and neck problems for over 30 years) she stated she could write him a letter but would not be willing to state that she has seen him or what for when he first started seeing her. I am very disappointed with Dr. Paula. With her actions she shows how little she cares about the hippocratic oath to do no harm. She is greatly harming my father metal health by denying him a letter stating the care she has given him over the years. He is now refusing any and all treatment for help thanks to her. She is not a good person do not go to her practice anymore. I recommend hands on health in brighton. They care for their patients when it really counts. SHAME ON YOU DR. PAULA. Good experience so far!

I have been seeing Dr Ruffin for 3 years for chiropractic care. After dealing with a chronic infection in my jaw for the past year along with nearly a year of antibiotics I decided to discuss detoxing my body. She suggested the 10 day Metagenics detox . I am currentl on day 5 & can’t explain how great I feel. I haven’t felt this good in a year. I have had brain fog, fatigue, body aches & lipomas . All of these awful symptoms are leaving my body since starting this cleanse . This is not magic!

Doc is the best chiro and wellness doc ever! She was so patient with me and honest. She wants to make you feel better any way possible, naturally , organically and physically! Truly the most caring friendliest doctor I've been too!
